Residenza Olivo

Wie waren hier dieses Jahr schon das zweite mal hinter einander. Uns gefällt besonders der moderne Stil und die intakte Anlage. Der Pool war immer erfrischend aber nie zu kalt und das abendliche Ambiente mit Blick auf den See von seiner Terrasse ist super! Keine 10 min zu Fuß nach Garda und die beste osteria ( la Cross) vor der Tür! Immer wieder gerne!

Appena arrivi alla Residenza Olivo, ti senti subito in vacanza. Appartamenti nuovi in un contesto meraviglioso. Consiglio però maggior cura nelle camere, questo motiva le 4 stelle. Spero sia stata una dimenticanza, ma nella camera matrimoniale erano ancora presenti le lenzuola dei precedenti ospiti, mentre le nuove erano imbustate e sigillate lasciate sul letto. Comunque posto veramente bello da oltre 5 stelle a soli 10 minuti di camminata dal centro di Garda.

Schlechte Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Boden in der Wohnung war nicht sauber. Rezeption hat uns für unsere besondere Anlas einen ganz schlechten Restaurant empfohlen. Der Mann von Brötchen Lieferung hat uns früh aufgewacht um Geld zu holen, obwohl das angeblich Nachmittag gemacht wird. Pool ist super.

Hallo liebes Olivo Team, uns hat der Urlaub bei Euch gut gefallen. Die super Lage im Ort, die sehr schöne Außenanlagen, der Grillplatz auf der Dachterrasse sowie die guten Parkmöglichkeiten bieten sorgenfreie Erholungsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt aber auch eins zwei Dinge die besser sein könnten. Dazu zählt die schon in anderen Kommentaren erwähnte Sauberkeit der Appartements. Hier sind die Wände nur im Sockelbereich ausgebessert und der Boden wirklich nicht sauber (App. 11). Das passt so gar nicht zum äußeren Eindruck der Anlage. Weiterhin möchte ich anregen, den technischen Zustand der Gebäude vor Saisoneröffnung prüfen zu lassen. Die Klima/ Heizungsanlage machte in der Nacht fürchterliche Plätschergeräusche. Wir informierten daraufhin die sehr freundliche Dame an der Info darüber, die sich sofort um eine Lösung bemühte. Leider war es nicht so einfach möglich dieses Problem zu beheben und wir mussten noch zwei weitere Nächte mit diesem Zustand verbringen. Wenn es Euch gelingt diese kleinen Dinge abzustellen, habt ihr wirklich eine „Perle“ am Gardasee. Wir kommen trotz unserer Anregungen sehr gerne wieder zu Euch.

Wir fahren mit einem wunderbaren Urlaubsgefühl nach Hause. Die Anlage war modern und top gepflegt. Die angesprochenen Geräusche der Klimaanlage hatten wir in unserem Zimmer nicht. Wenn mal etwas nicht funktioniert hat (z.b. der Aufzug) wurde das Problem schnell gelöst. Insbesondere die Dachterrasse mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick hat uns einen tollen Abend beschert. Einzig die Lage ist nicht perfekt, in die Stadt sind es ca 10 min zu Fuß. Aber das sollte nicht sonderlich stören. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I am so surprised with all the reviews. We booked this place because it looked great and the reviews were fantastic. 1. the phone number does not work so it's impossible to get in touch with reception. 2. We had to make on our beds. Not that I mind it but this is an Aparthotel so beds should be ready for when guests arrive, no? 3. We also had to ask for cleaning products because the apartment was honestly disgusting. Specially in Covid times when cleaning should go above and beyond - this was really not the case. We felt very stressed out and had to anti-bac everything because we don't know when the place had last been cleaned. 4. The reception opens at very odd times so if there is anything you need, you may be screwed 5. We have to pay €100 deposit on the day... it's been one month and I am still chasing it. When I chased for the deposit back 7 days after my check out they said they were processing it then but still nothing and guess what... the reception number doesn't work so my only way to get in touch is via booking.com. Thankfully I did not book directly. Not only did I need to clean the apartment, make my own bed, I also seem to need to process my own deposit to be sent back. From all the places we have stayed in Italy, this one is 100% a no return. It was really upsetting that we stayed here for 2 nights. Wish I had picked else where but then the reviews seem to be great. How I don't know.

Nice ambience, but very inpolite service! We could understand the impossibility of approving a late check out in the peak season. Nevertheless, it was only allowed to stay for two more hours at the area after our check out to swim in the pool and so on. Therefore, we had to look for a public bathing beach to enjoy our last vacation day. Quite disappointing obligingness… Finally, the deposit we paid by debit card was released not until a month after our check out which is an inacceptable duration!

We had booked a 3-room apartment for the last week of September 2021. Residenza Olivo is a very modern, well designed and with high quality materials build holiday residence. Our apartment was very clean, well equiped including many kitchenware and separate air conditioning units in all rooms and perfectly maintained. All rooms are very spacious although the seating area is not really suitable for 4 - 6 persons (just a 2p-sofa and two poufs). The beds and pillows are comfortable. The terrace at the ground floor as well as the balconies at first and second floor measures approx. 18 m2 (6x3) each and are equiped with a dining table, four chairs and two folding beach chairs. The swimming pool (approx.17x6m) with integrated kids area and whirl pool are very nice. Sufficient beach chairs and umbrellas available. Even a small fitness room is available. The car parking is available for free and closed by a fence. The staff at the front desk is very kind and customer oriented. The location is at a 15-20 minutes walking distance of the center of Garda. For families with children, please note that there is no sports pitch or playgound area. We highly recommend this residence without any reservations.
