Contattato telefonicamente la settimana successiva (8 giorni dopo), mi ha risposto solo dopo vari tentativi, dicendo con tono arrogante che se non risponde è perché è impegnato. Professionalità e cortesia non pervenute, educazione tutta da imparare. Sconsigliato.
Contacted by email for a cartridge replacement request for a mixer, he promptly replied with the cost estimate, leaving hope. Unfortunately, on my next confirmation, I no longer received an answer. Contacted by phone the following week (8 days later), he answered me only after several attempts, saying with an arrogant tone that if he doesn't answer it is because he is busy. Professionalism and courtesy not received, education to be learned. Not recommended.
