Good assistance, the food left something to be desired. Often the soups were heated water, tasteless food.

Pertanto su alcuni aspetti non ho esperienza "diretta". Per gli ospiti in Convenzione ASL: attenzione ai servizi aggiuntivi. Anche secondo l'ASL sono obbligatori? Forse no.....
Maximum kindness, availability, organization and professionalism. Warning: my relative has been hosted here since there are COVID limitations. Therefore on some aspects I have no "direct" experience. For ASL Convention guests: pay attention to additional services. Are they also mandatory according to the ASL? Maybe not.....
