Alle 13:41 esatte, con ben 3 tavoli ancora occupati, ci è stato detto che era tardi e che a quell'ora i cuochi volevano andare via. Alle 13:41. Metà settembre. Piena zona turistica. Gente che va e viene dai Prati di Tivo. Poi queste sono le stesse persone che, magari, la sera sono al bar a lamentarsi che l'economia non va, ai bei tempi e bla bla bla... Do tre stelle perché, senza assaggiare i piatti, non mi pare corretto darne una sola, che è quello che vorrei e dovrei davvero fare. During a tour in the area, we entered this hotel restaurant with the idea of having lunch and then visiting the surroundings. At 1:41 pm exactly, with 3 tables still occupied, we were told that it was late and that at that hour the cooks wanted to leave. At 13:41. Mid September. Full tourist area. People who come and go from Prati di Tivo. Then these are the same people who, perhaps, in the evening are at the bar complaining that the economy is not going, in the good old days and blah blah blah ... I give three stars because, without tasting the dishes, it does not seem right to give only one, which is what I would like and should really do.

Ci hanno servito un tagliere con formaggi e salumi locali veramente buoni. Dopo la visita in questo interessante piccolo borgo siamo tornati in questo bar e abbiamo bevuto un buon caffè. Dopo una bella chiacchierata con la proprietaria, siamo ripartiti. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. As soon as we arrived at the Borgo, we stopped at this bar, restaurant and residence to eat something. They served us a platter with really good local cheeses and meats. After visiting this interesting little village we went back to this bar and drank a good coffee. After a nice chat with the owner, we left. Friendly and helpful owners.

Complimenti. Consigliato. Stopped only for a quick meal, but were struck by the goodness of the soups and platters with local cheeses and salami as well as by the friendliness of the owner. Congratulations. Recommended.
