G	Giovanni Palombo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in questo residence con i nostri due bambini. Il posto è perfetto per far divertire i bambini: mare a due passi raggiungibile con un sottopasso. Ombrellone assegnato in un ottimo stabilimento. Mare abbastanza pulito con fondale basso. Piscina pulita a due passi dal nostro appartamento. Parco giochi nel residence e nello stabilimento. Inoltre l'appartamento era molto pulito e dotato del minimo necessario. Ottima veranda all'ombra. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Unica pecca il rumore: la statale e la vicina ferrovia disturbano di notte, costringendo a tenere le finestre chiuse. Tutto sommato, considerando anche il prezzo più che ragionevole, un posto da considerare se si hanno bambini e non si cerca il silenzio assoluto. We stayed in this residence with our two children. The place is perfect for children to have fun: the sea is just a short walk away and can be reached via an underpass. Umbrella awarded in an excellent establishment. Fairly clean sea with shallow waters. Clean pool near our apartment. Playground in the residence and in the establishment. Furthermore the apartment was very clean and equipped with the minimum necessary. Great shaded veranda. Owners very kind and helpful. The only flaw is the noise: the state road and the nearby railway disturb at night, forcing the windows to be closed. All in all, considering the more than reasonable price, a place to consider if you have children and do not seek absolute silence.

Nicola, sempre attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti, e Deborah, la vera artefice dell'organizzazione, quest'anno hanno proposto visite guidate ai Trabocchi, ad Ortona, alla cantina Frentana e presso l'Abazia di San Giovanni in Venere. Un'esperienza che consiglio di fare. Una vacanza all'insegna del relax con una piscina stupenda. Anche il nostro cagnolino Giotto ringrazia per l'ospitalità!!! For the 3rd consecutive year we were guests of the family is enough. We have found, as always, courtesy and professionalism. Nicola, always attentive to the needs of his guests, and Deborah, the true architect of the organization, this year proposed guided tours to the Trabocchi, Ortona, the Frentana winery and to the Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere. An experience that I recommend to do. A relaxing holiday with a beautiful pool. Even our little dog Giotto thanks for the hospitality !!!

Avevamo bisogno di una soluzione famigliare per la nostra vacanza e questo residence ha completamente soddisfatto tale aspettativa. I bambini e l'area giochi, la piscina a misura loro e degli adulti, suddivisa in tre diverse altezze prorpio per soddisfare le esigenze di tutti. La struttura molto tranquilla e curata, compreso nel prezzo l'ombrellone una sdraio ed un lettino in uno stabile altrettanto ben gestito. Con la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso dal signor Nicola una sola settimana ........che è volata proprio perché il tutto era la improntato alla comodità , praticità, semplicità e cortesia First time at the Basti residence. We needed a family solution for our holiday and this residence completely met that expectation. The children and the play area, the swimming pool for them and for adults, divided into three different heights to satisfy everyone's needs. The structure is very quiet and well-kept, including an umbrella, a deck chair and a sunbed in an equally well-run building. With my family we spent only one week with Mr. Nicola ........ which flew by precisely because everything was marked by comfort, practicality, simplicity and courtesy

Gli appartamenti sono confortevoli e dotati di tutte le attrezzature, tv, stoviglie, lenzuola. Il tutto immerso in un giardino curatissimo pieno di fiori con area bimbi e barbecue. Ombrellone e lettini presso uno stabilimento altrettanto curato. Aggiungo una nota personale, ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare per più di un mese e di aver conosciuto la bellissima famiglia Basti, persone che ti restano nel cuore, disponibili e discrete. Io mia Madre e Lillo li ringraziamo per tutte le carinerie e l’affetto dimostrato. Un grazie particolare a Nicola che ha reso una semplice vacanza in una bellissima esperienza. ? Very positive experience, the structure offers all the comforts, from parking to the pool, always spotless. The apartments are comfortable and equipped with all equipment, TV, dishes, sheets. All immersed in a well-kept garden full of flowers with a children's area and barbecue. Umbrella and sunbeds at an equally well-kept establishment. I add a personal note, I was lucky enough to stay for more than a month and to have met the beautiful Basti family, people who remain in your heart, available and discreet. My mother and Lillo thank them for all the niceties and affection shown. Special thanks to Nicola who made a simple holiday into a wonderful experience. ?

Accoglienza fredda e scostante, sistemazione in appartamento che da un lato affaccia su un muro e dall'altro sulla statale Adriatica e sulla ferrovia. Non c'è aria condizionata, bisogna tenere le finestre aperte, figuratevi il rumore anche di notte! Gli accessori di bagno e cucina sono di bassissimo livello. Unico lato positivo è la piscina con doccia riscaldata, che offre un piacevole sollievo nei momenti di relax. A name, a program: residence Basti, I think a stay is enough and advances. Cold and unfriendly welcome, accommodation in an apartment overlooking a wall on one side and the Adriatic highway and the railway on the other. There is no air conditioning, you have to keep the windows open, imagine the noise even at night! The bathroom and kitchen accessories are of a very low standard. The only positive side is the swimming pool with heated shower, which offers a pleasant relief in moments of relaxation.

Se non si vuole andare alla vicinissima spiaggia di Lido Riccio, con ombrelloni e sdraio compresi nel prezzo, si può fruire della piscina a disposizione degli ospiti. Abbiamo trascorso tre stupende settimane e ripartiamo a malincuore. Nota di merito al Sig. Nicola e sua moglie Rosaria per la loro cordialità, gentilezza e massima disponibilità. The apartment assigned to us at the BASTI Residence was beautiful, clean and welcoming as was the garden. If you don't want to go to the nearby beach of Lido Riccio, with umbrellas and deck chairs included in the price, you can enjoy the swimming pool available to guests. We spent three wonderful weeks and we leave reluctantly. Note of merit to Mr. Nicola and his wife Rosaria for their friendliness, kindness and maximum availability.

La struttura è curatissima, gli appartamenti, noi alloggiavamo al Cassiopea, sono spaziosi, puliti, arredati con gusto e moderni. Bella la veranda coperta e la terrazzina utile per stendere. La piscina è bella e pulitissima e curata anche l'area giochi. C'è inoltre la possibilità di usufruire del barbecue. Utilissima la zona lavanderia con tre lavatrici ad uso comune. La struttura é convenzionata con lo stabilimento balneare Lido Riccio che offre un mare splendido adatto ai bambini e un bar ben fornito e bagni pulitissimi. Gli unici difetti indipendenti dalla struttura sono la zona priva di qualsiasi intrattenimento (Ortona è comunque a pochi km) e l'assenza di un piccolo market (c'è un centro commerciale a 5 km). È il passaggio del treno proprio di fronte alla struttura (Ma ci si fa l'abitudine). Il proprietario Nicola molto discreto ma disponibile alle esigenze dei clienti. Lo consiglio moltissimo soprattutto alle famiglie che cercano una vacanza tranquilla. Just returned from a two-week vacation at the Basti residence. The structure is well-kept, the apartments, we stayed at Cassiopea, are spacious, clean, tastefully furnished and modern. Beautiful covered veranda and terrace useful for hanging out. The pool is beautiful and spotless and the play area is also well-kept. There is also the possibility to use the barbecue. The laundry area is very useful with three washing machines for common use. The structure has an agreement with the Lido Riccio bathing establishment which offers a splendid sea suitable for children and a well-stocked bar and spotless bathrooms. The only defects independent of the structure are the area devoid of any entertainment (Ortona is still a few km away) and the absence of a small market (there is a shopping center 5 km away). It is the passage of the train right in front of the structure (But you get used to it). The owner Nicola very discreet but available to customer needs. I highly recommend it especially for families looking for a quiet holiday.

Il mio soggiorno è stato ottimo ed il servizio ricevuto ineccepibile la piscina curatissima e l'appartamento non manca di nulla,e se vi serve qualcosa il Sig. Nicola non esita a prestarsi per venirvi incontro. Se pensate ad un soggiorno nei pressi d Ortona ilresidence Basti è sicuramente una buona scelta sia per i prezzi ed i servizi che offre. My stay was excellent and the service received impeccable the well-kept swimming pool and the apartment lacks nothing, and if you need something, Mr. Nicola does not hesitate to lend himself to help you.
