m	michele marchetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la struttura e moderna ed elegante,ma il personale è maleducato quando gli si porge una domanda,gli anziani non sono seguiti a dovere: se suonano il campanello più di una volta preferiscono non rispondere e gli staccano il campanello cosa inaudica del settore della sanità dove è la persona che deve avere l'assistenza e gli viene tolta.Gli operatori rispondono male agli anziani in maniere sgarbate.Vi consiglio di non portare i vostri cari in quella struttura dove vengono maltrattati e perdono la loro dignità. the structure is modern and elegant, but the staff is rude when asked a question, the elderly are not followed properly: if they ring the bell more than once they prefer not to answer and they pull off the bell unhealthy thing of the health sector where he is the person who must have the assistance and he is taken away. Sconsiglio pienamente di n0n portare i vostri cari nella struttura. Trattata malissimo senza nessuna cura,abbandonata in una seggiola,se suona per avere assistenza viene rimproverata e addirittura le tolgono il campanello!!!!! E poi ci lamentiamo del sud... Non portate i vostri cari lì!!! The renowned rest home left me speechless. I have been to find an acquaintance today ... my mother how much sadness! Very badly treated without any care, abandoned in a chair, if she rings for assistance, she is reprimanded and even takes away the bell !!!!! And then we complain about the south ... Durante le visite abbiamo constatato la pulizia della struttura e dei pazienti. Ogni contatto con gli operatori per informazioni o problematiche è stato positivo e risolutivo A nome della nostra famiglia ringraziamo la Direttrice Dott.ssa Uliana e tutti i suoi collaboratori augurando buon lavoro anche alla luce dell'emergenza sanitaria.
