Lifeguards of the swimming pool are crazy Holidaymakers, if you want to enjoy the pool, take 3 to 4 hours of your time to study the regulations applicable to it. Without that, you will be able to call to order by the lifeguard (who controls the least entrance and coming from his frontier guard office at the entrance), for the slightest discrepancy, for example: - mandatory flip-flops with passage to the flip-flop shower at the entrance and obligation to rub them in a certain direction, - Wearing the necessary flip-flops up to the approach zone of the pelvis, about 10 centimeters from it, - do not let any hippin out of your hat, - mandatory shower at the entrance and exit, -ported sunglasses prohibited in the pelvis ... At the slightest difference, it will be a whistle. The lifeguard is always on the lookout especially if you are passing and even more if you are of foreign nationality. In short avoid renting in this residence (where I saw rats twice walk in the main go) unless you resign to go to the beach.

Meglio lasciar perdere
The residence is nothing but a condominium where apartments are rented and have strict rules throughout the complex. Last of all it must be subjected to the separate collection of the dustbin. Better to let it go

The complex is very well maintained and clean, but this is mainly due to the fact that many owners live in the complex and try to create a nice atmosphere. As a holidaymaker who has rented one of the holiday apartments offered in the complex, you unfortunately don't feel really welcome. This begins with the parking spaces that are available in front of the apartment according to the description, they do not exist, the area can be parked for loading and unloading but not for permanent parking. The risk of being towed away is high and all the higher for a vehicle with a foreign license plate. The public parking lot in front of the facility is limited by a parking disc and is therefore not permitted for long-term parking. The nearest public parking lot without restriction is about 300m as the crow flies by the sea. But if you are disabled and or have already had your car cleared out, you don't want to park that far away. The specified underground parking space (subject to availability) belonging to the two external ground floor apartments is actually not available because it serves as a storage space for everything. The large and allegedly illuminated fountain on the square in front of the facility is littered, without water and without lighting. But that was already the case 4 years ago ... If you want to use the really nice pool, you have to be prepared for the fun but not much to do with it. I have never seen such alleged rules for pool use. These rules are nowhere and you get the feeling that the lifeguards and the residents have invented these rules to keep holiday guests away from the pool so that they have their peace. Funnily enough, the owners don't use the pool but only the loungers around it. 1. When entering the pool area, the bathing shoes, flip-flops, etc. as well as the feet must be showered in the prescribed manner. The lifeguard controls it! 2. Walking barefoot is prohibited at the pool. The lifeguard controls that. 3. You must shower before using the pool. Lifeguards and residents check it! 4. Swimming caps are compulsory, even if they are bald and have more hair on their chests than anywhere else. Lifeguard controls that! 5. If you are sensitive to light or have hay fever problems, you cannot use the pool as it is not possible to wear sunglasses in the pool. Lifeguard controls that! 6. In the middle of the pool on the left pool wall there is a suction hole with a diameter of approx. 7 to 8 cm. But you shouldn't get too close! The suction is so strong that it gave me an imprint and I thought someone hit me with an object. When I reached back to check what that was, my fingers were sucked into the hole and I had the feeling that they were about to break. A child would probably not be able to get rid of the suction! The lifeguard doesn't check it! When we arrived our apartment was not completely renovated. Understandable, we also booked at the last moment (7 months ago) The garden was overgrown, etc ... The pool was a disgusting green broth a week before opening and was not ready on the opening day ... All in all, it is a nice property if you want to live there permanently and prefer a very conservative lifestyle. As a vacationer, the facility is really not recommended, even if the landlord of the holiday apartments is very friendly and hard-working ...

As someone else has already pointed out, I would like to point out that this is a PRIVATE CONDOMINIUM, not a tourist village: there are therefore a whole series of rules and regulations to be respected for a peaceful mutual coexistence between tourists, vacationers and owners. Those who decide to stay there must be well aware of what they are facing.

I make this comment to tell everyone that it is not a hotel or residence. It is a private condominium, like any other, where real estate agencies rent apartments, passing them off as holiday homes. Beautiful swimming pool, very well kept. Unfortunately, some guest of the "holiday homes" think that everything can do "having paid" and is expelled ... There are regulations to be respected, not from a reception facility, but from a condominium of private individuals who pay the maintenance of everything from their own pockets: remember ...

It is not a residence or a holiday home but a CONDOMINIUM OF PRIVATE: often apartments are rented to tourists without warning them of the fact that there is a STRICT CONDOMINIUM REGULATION that must be respected by everyone, no one excluded.

Unfortunately, I can review very little since I stayed in this residence for about a week, booking a very nice apartment on booking. The residence has a wonderful position 100 meters from the sea, it is accessed via a pedestrian alley and not through two tunnels. Next to it is the Pam, very useful for shopping, also inside there is a bakery counter, a butcher and a small deli. The structure is in excellent condition, neat and clean and is really quiet. The only sore point is the closure of the residential pool until next summer, a real shame not being able to use it.

It is not a residence but a private condominium of residents and second homes, in which some owners rent their apartment. There is a condominium regulation that even the "guests" are required to respect in order to avoid problems and damages that we owners then find ourselves having to pay. Know this when you book.
