★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is overall shouldn't be so bad, except for these very important facts:
- there is no camera surveillance in the halls. I have left a personal "no disturb" tag in my door, the hotel hadn't this tag available, so I put on my own tag. Next day in the morning it was gone. I talked to the repectionist, and he said "i am sorry, I can't do anything about it" kind of minimizing and belittling that a personal item was stolen from a guest.
- The air conditioning is not controlled by you. Even if its hot outside, you won't be able to change the temperature. Who decides the temperature of your room, is the same receptionist that will minimize the problem and say: "sorry, I can't do anything about it".
- no reception available after 7pm. I have accidently left my key inside the room, and it took me 1 hour for me to reach out for the very same receptionist to open the door for me. i have reached assistance via a phone number, available for emergencies! If this was a real emergency, you would have to wait for 1 hour of infinite phone calls to be assisted, which is very very irresponsible.
- the checkout time is really early in the morning. They will make sure to wake you up fastly, so you can leave the room.
Lack of courtesy, lack of concern about how settled are the guests, and irresponsability with safety are the reasons why the following guest should rethink staying in this hotel, which is pretty expensive for the services it provides.

Very clean and well kept including the rooms and outside all the areas. Pool was one of the cleanest I have seen during my holidays.
Excellent service, especially during the breakfast. You don't have to tell the crew which coffee you want as they remember it after 2nd morning.
Even the breakfast is really good, I was missing the warm selection of scrambled eggs, sausages etc. The breakfast is mostly concentrating on excellent selection of pies/cakes, some fruits and superb cappucino.
Do not forget to try out the coctails from the bar during afternoon hours. Those won't let you down!
The location is good (500 m from restaurants),not too far from walking. Also the supermaket and petrol station is located nearby.
Lots of free parking areas, you don't have to worry about parking your car.

The hotel is modern with a lovely swimming pool surrounded by some nice garden. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
But what is mostly remarkable about this place is the attentive care and hospitality we received from all personnel. From the gorgeous breakfast (all cakes are daily homemade), to the dinner (served 3 times a week) carefully prepared with the most fresh ingredients and in full respect of the local culinary tradition, to all the tips provided by the people at the reception who helped us book a place at the beach and recommended us some nice places to visit, we always felt welcome and constantly spoiled.
To find a place with such a genuine hospitaly is something that is nowadays rare to find, and it is also something that makes a holiday memorable.
We will certaintly come back :)
