Restando in una zona in cui il silenzio la fa da padrone e vicina alla Montagnetta di San Siro avrete la possibilità di tornare a casa rilassati sapendo che potrete passeggiare tranquillamente in uno dei pochi Boschi milanesi . Per quanto riguarda le aziende fanno parte del terziario quindi sono silenziose e non inquinanti in quanto la zona piano piano si sta trasformando in residenziale. Ottimo acquisto per il futuro in quanto sicuramente l'immobile si rivaluterà parecchio negli anni.
