Adesso non ri riesce mai a parlare con il medico in struttura se si lascia un messaggio non si viene richiamato, stessa cosa con la direttrice,. Mielosa con i nuovi arrivi poi non esiste più. Excellent structure, friendly and helpful staff until the change of direction about 2 years ago. Now he is never able to talk to the doctor in the facility if you leave a message you are not called back, same thing with the director. Honey with the new arrivals then no longer exists.

Ma...mi spiegate come mai io invece non ho potuto stare con il mio genitore....nemmeno in punto di morte e non per covid ma per solitudine? 17/12/2020 Ah....quindi, visto che voi non sapete chi sono o chi è l'ospite, il problema non c'è!!!! Vi siete resi conto che avete letteralmente "sequestrato' i nostri cari? Ci avete impedito di entrare per non contagiare nessuno. Bene. Eravamo d'accordo. Però poi glielo hanno attaccato i vostri operatori il Covid. Non siete stati assolutamente in grado di gestire la situazione. I nostri cari si sono sentiti abbandonati da noi. E come se non bastasse non siete stati in grado nemmeno voi di assisterli come avreste dovuto fare. Quanti ne sono morti perché si sono lasciati andare, rifiutavano il cibo, non li avete mobilizzati, lavati e chissà quanto altro. Siamo contenti però che sta venendo fuori con i media come siano stati violati i diritti umani. Novembre 2020 Non ci sono recensioni negli ultimi 2 anni!!! Ma ci rendiamo conto. Assurdo. NESSUNO che denuncia su google cosa è successo e cosa continua a succedere, dopo la prima esperienza lì dentro. Ma.... Mia mamma si è trovata bene (fermo restando che a una certa età ogni piccola cosa si trasforma in una tragedia) e da parte mia ho riscontrato una gestione molto attenta delle regole inerenti la pandemia. Per esempio tamponi regolarmente effettuati, comunicazioni ed aggiornamenti tempestivi. Ho trovato molto professionale ed umana la Direttrice ed ogni volta che ho avuto necessità di confrontami con loro ho sempre trovato piena disponibilità e cortesia unite a competenza e precisione. Ovviamente nessun posto è come casa propria ma questa Residenza si avvicina. They hosted my mom for a period of three months in the middle of the COVID19 period. My mom found herself well (it being understood that at a certain age every little thing turns into a tragedy) and for my part I found a very careful management of the rules inherent to the pandemic. For example, swabs regularly carried out, communications and timely updates. I found the Director very professional and human and every time I needed to talk to them I always found full availability and courtesy combined with competence and precision. Obviously, no place is like home but this Residence comes close.

Il personale assiste gli ospiti con attenzione e professionalità, il rapporto con gli ospiti è sempre positivo, con serenità e non manca mai un sorriso che è un valore aggiunto molto importante. Ringrazio la Direttrice, il Direttore sanitario e tutto il personale per come hanno assistito mio papà. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura. My dad in this nursing home received excellent medical care and support. The staff assists guests with attention and professionalism, the relationship with guests is always positive, with serenity and a smile is never missing, which is a very important added value. I thank the Director, the Medical Director and all the staff for how they assisted my dad. I highly recommend this establishment.
