★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zewnętrznie hotel jest super. Wewnętrznie pokoje przeciętne. Basen ok. Lokalizacja słaba w części zwróconej do drogi trzeba się liczyć z hałasem . Hałasują szczególnie śmieciarki które pojawiają się o 5.40 w ilości niezliczonej. Podejrzewam że w Jesolo na każdy kosz przypada przynajmniej jedna śmieciarka. W każdym razie nie ma co liczyć na ciszę rano. Problematyczny jest też zbyt mały parking. Można się liczyć z komunikatem - proszę sobie znaleźć miejsce na ulicy.
 Externally, the hotel is great. Internally average rooms. Pool ok. Location poor in the part facing the road, noise must be taken into account. Garbage trucks that appear in countless numbers at 5.40 in particular make noise. I suspect there is at least one garbage truck for each bin in Jesolo. In any case, you can't count on silence in the morning. The too small parking lot is also problematic. You can count on the message - please find a place on the street.

Hört alles durch die Wände durch. Ab 21uhr ruhezeit NORMAL! Nichts mit Ruhezeit um 24uhr werden Tür zugeschlagen herum getrampelt. Mein Kind konnte die ganze Woche nicht richtig schlafen. Beim Pool gibt es keine Liegen nur Bänke zum Sitzen.
Pool Öffnungszeiten 8.30-13.00 Uhr und 16.00-20.30 sonst ist er geschlossen. Was soll sowas? Autoparkplatz sehr selten was frei sonst muss man auf den öffentlichen parken und dort muss mal zahlen.
Hab das Apartment extra gebucht weil es für Familien Freundlich gilt. Dem ist es überhaupt nicht. Es sind nur Italiener hier. Und Italiener gelten ja nicht als leise. Die sind alles sehr laut.
Werde es keinen weiterempfehlen!

Pool opening hours 8.30-13.00 and 16.00-20.30 otherwise it is closed. What should something like that? Car parking very rarely what free otherwise you have to park on the public and there must pay.
Have the apartment booked extra because it is friendly for families. That's not it at all. There are only Italians here. And Italians are not considered quiet. They are all very loud.
Will not recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In ottima posizione vicino al mare il residence a una piscina più una piccola vasca per bambini e del giardino molto curato. È dotato di parcheggio interno e molti appartamenti hanno pure box auto. Nelle immediate vicinanze un piccolo supermercato e molti locali ristoranti pizzerie. Nella vicinissima Piazza Torino C'è una farmacia. Sempre nelle immediate vicinanze ti trovano alcuni campi da tennis

In the immediate vicinity a small supermarket and many local restaurants and pizzerias. In the nearby Piazza Torino there is a pharmacy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orari della piscina sbagliati, appartamenti sporchi a dir poco, scortesia a vangate.
Quando siamo entrati per vedere se i nostri appartamenti erano pronti c'erano gli egregi signori della pulizia che mangiavano sul nostro tavolo e con le nostre posate, non serve specificare quanto fossero sporche quando se ne sono andati.
Nella piscina non si può fare praticamente nulla, non c'era una serratura o maniglia che funzionasse bene.
Pagato troppo per un buco del genere.
Ah il condizionatore andava e i letti erano comodi (anche se stretti).
Wrong pool hours, dirty apartments to say the least, rude to dig.
When we came in to see if our apartments were ready, there were the gentle cleaning ladies who ate on our table and with our cutlery, no need to specify how dirty they were when they left.
In the pool you can do practically nothing, there was no lock or handle that worked well.
Paid too much for such a hole.
Ah the air conditioner was going and the beds were comfortable (albeit narrow).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è molto bello come zona a due passi dal mare e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Piscina molto grande con trampolino. Appartamenti vecchi ma funzionali. Peccato per la poca insonorizzazione degli ambienti.
Ci sono tre persone che si occupano dello stabile:
Bagnino molto cortese e attento alle esigenze di tutti tiene l'ordine e la sicurezza di tutti in maniera impeccabile senza mai essere scortese (giustamente per una piscina frequentata da così tanti utenti bisogna rispettare delle regole di comportamento in acqua).
L'addetto tuttofare è una persona un po' sulle sue ma cmq molto bravo e disponibile ad assecondare le varie esigenze di tutti.
Il custode è l'unica nota dolente dello staff; persona totalmente inutile, scortese e che passa le giornate a fumare davanti all'ingresso del residence impestando di fumo l'accesso agli ascensori degli appartamenti.

There are three people who take care of the building:
Lifeguard very courteous and attentive to everyone's needs, he keeps everyone's order and safety flawlessly without ever being rude (rightly for a pool frequented by so many users you must respect the rules of behavior in the water).
The handyman is a person a little on his own but cmq very good and available to satisfy the various needs of all.
The caretaker is the only sore point of the staff; totally useless, rude person and who spends his days smoking in front of the entrance of the residence, pestering the access to the elevators of the apartments with smoke.
