★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura buona, camere con aria condizionata niente wifi, ma escluso il bagnino tutto sommato ok.
I problemi fondamentali sono 2:
1_ Il divertimento dei ragazzi durante il pomeriggio è praticamente negato all'interno della struttura perchè alla singola parola i ragazzi vengono sgridati all'istante;
2_ Il bagnino: Sgradevole, maleducato, ed inutile dato che l'unica cosa che fa è andare avanti e indietro senza controllare la piscina. Invece quando guarda la piscina non fa altro che urlare maleducatamente ai ragazzi che giocano tranquillamente in piscina. Da quello che ho dedotto le regole per non essere cacciati dalla piscina sono: Non schizzare, non toccarsi, non parlare, non muoversi o si viene cacciati fuori. (Ha addirittura cacciato una coppia perchè si sono baciati sunna guancia!) Capisco sia una struttura per persone con una età media di 60 anni ma un po' di libertà dovrebbe esserci sopratutto negli orari di NON riposo.
La cosa che da più fastidio del bagnino non è che ti caccia fuori ma come ti caccia fuori! Parolacce, insulti, grida e spintoni sono all'ordine del giorno.
Senza il bagnino la struttura potrebbe valere 4 stelle senza problemi. Ma in questa situazione non posso darne più di 1.
SI PREGA DI MANDARE VIA IL BAGNINO!
 Good structure, rooms with air conditioning, no wifi, but excluding the lifeguard, all in all ok.
The fundamental problems are 2:
1_ The fun of the boys during the afternoon is practically denied inside the structure because the single word the boys are scolded instantly;
2_ The lifeguard: Unpleasant, rude, and useless since the only thing he does is go back and forth without checking the pool. On the other hand, when he looks at the swimming pool, all he does is scream rudely at the boys who play quietly in the pool. From what I have deduced the rules for not being chased out of the pool are: Do not splash, do not touch, do not speak, do not move or you are chased out. (He even hunted a couple because they kissed sunna cheek!) I understand it is a structure for people with an average age of 60 but a little freedom should be there especially during the non-rest hours.
The thing that annoys the lifeguard is not that he chases you out but how he chases you out! Swear words, insults, shouts and shoves are on the agenda.
Without the lifeguard the structure could be worth 4 stars without problems. But in this situation I can't give more than 1.
PLEASE REMOVE THE LIFEGUARD!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grosse Ferien-Wohnanlage mit Eigentumswohnungen, teilweise zu mieten, d i r e k t am Strand, schöne Pool-Anlage mit Bademeisterservice, Liegestütze und Sonnenschim gehören zu Appartements.
Large holiday complex with condominiums, some of which can be rented, d ect on the beach, beautiful pool area with lifeguard service, push-ups and sunshades are part of the apartments.

It is a beautiful sea view place with swimming pool and private beach. There are apartments for rent throughout the summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato diverse volte in vacanza, fonte mare, comodo per chi ha bambini piccoli piscina nuova e ben curata, appartamenti che con una ristrutturazione sarebbero migliori ma comunque decenti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei primi condomini costruiti a Jesolo negli anni 60. La struttura è ben tenuta, la piscina rifatta nel 2019. Se si ha intenzione di affittare un appartamento attenzione che non tutti sono stati ristrutturati.
One of the first condominiums built in Jesolo in the 60s. The structure is well maintained, the pool redone in 2019. If you are planning to rent an apartment, be aware that not all of them have been renovated.

Abends dann ein gemütlicher Bummel... was will man mehr! ?
Auch sonst bietet Jesolo alles für einen traumhaften Urlaub!
We have been going there for many years. And now with the new pool area it is a dream! The private beach and the kiosk a few meters away are also awesome!
In the evening a leisurely stroll ... what more could you want! ?
Jesolo also offers everything else for a wonderful holiday!
