La professionalità ma soprattutto la vostra " customer care" sono venute meno di fronte a 50 euro. We preferred you to other bb's and we were rewarded with a simple "misunderstood". Professionalism but above all your "customer care" have failed in the face of 50 euros.

Per la prima volta non ho dovuto trascinarmi una casa dietro! Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque volesse trascorrere le vacanze nella magnifica Capo D'Orlando! Excellent, helpful and friendly staff! Residence a stone's throw from the sea and the center, spotless rooms and provide everything! For the first time I didn't have to drag a house behind me! I highly recommend it to anyone wishing to spend their holidays in the magnificent Capo D'Orlando!

Aria condizionata sia nella zona giorno che in quella notte, doppia tv e Wi-Fi. Zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dal centro e dal mare. Cosa non da poco... ? All new, nice, clean and comfortable apartment for 4 people. Nothing is missing: cooking point complete with all crockery included. Air conditioning in both the living and sleeping areas, double TV and Wi-Fi. Quiet area, a few steps from the center and the sea. Not a small thing ... ?
L	Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati di mattina, ci hanno severamente vietato l’ingresso poiché “dovevano pulire”. Potevamo presentarci per il check in non prima delle 15:30. Non appena arrivati in stanza, dopo la lunga attesa, siamo stati costretti a Prendere scopa, paletta per l’infinita polvere presente a terra (per non parlare di quella sui mobili, cassetti, e via dicendo... ci si poteva passare un dito sopra e rimaneva l’ombra). A metà settimana era prevista la pulizia della stanza, ma è stata una “pulizia” a loro modo dove praticamente hanno cambiato esclusivamente le lenzuola e asciugamani. Stanza divisa in 4 persone, equivalente al Tetris. Dovevamo muoverci a turni. In sintesi: Pulizia pessima, Rapporto Qualità Prezzo scarsa, Posizionamento della struttura buono, a 2 passi dal centro. In the middle of the week the room was cleaned, but it was a "cleaning" in their own way where they practically changed only the sheets and towels. Room divided into 4 people, equivalent to Tetris. We had to move in turns. In summary: Bad cleaning, Poor value for money, Good location of the property, 2 steps from the center. It gets better

Buona anche la connessione a internet. Peccato per frigorifero e televisore, entrambi datati... Per il televisore si faceva fatica a regolare la presa a scarti, risultato immagini quasi sempre sfocati e con tonalità lilla. Arredamento anni 90/00 Good location, located 5/10 minutes walk from the sea and the center. Average price. Clean apartments and the courtesy kit is also appreciated. The internet connection is also good. Too bad for the refrigerator and the TV, both dated ... For the TV it was difficult to adjust the outlet to waste, resulting in images almost always blurred and with lilac tones. 90/00 years furniture
o	odilia saito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento nuovo, pulito e comodo per 4 persone, completo di tutto anche le stoviglie; terrazzino più balconcino,aria condizionata, doppia tv e Wi-Fi. B&b a pochi passi dal centro e dal mare. Ma la cosa che ci ha più colpite è stata la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale e soprattutto del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere questo weekend ancora più bello, lo ringrazio ancora per essere stato attento alle esigenze della clientela e disponibile a risolvere in prima persona alcuni nostri problemi . Assolutamente da consigliare , b&b per tutte le fasce d'età New, clean and comfortable apartment for 4 people, complete with everything including crockery; terrace plus balcony, air conditioning, double TV and Wi-Fi. B & b a few steps from the center and the sea. But the thing that struck us most was the availability and kindness of the staff and above all of the owner who did everything to make this weekend even more beautiful, I thank him again for being attentive to the needs of customers and available to solve first person some of our problems.
