L'attenzione per i particolari, la dotazione, anche di "extra" rispetto ad una normale casa vacanze, rendono il tutto perfetto. La posizione è comoda sia per andare al mare che in centro a piedi...il parcheggio interno permette di dimenticare del tutto l'auto. Tornando dal mare trovate una gastronomia che definire fantastica è poco, ci sono almeno 3 bar per mangiare granita al mattino, insomma per me e la mia famiglia consigliatissimo. Well-kept apartment and excellent hospitality. The attention to detail, the equipment, even "extras" compared to a normal holiday home, make everything perfect. The location is convenient both to go to the beach and to the center on foot ... the internal parking allows you to completely forget the car. Returning from the sea you will find a gastronomy that is not described as fantastic, there are at least 3 bars to eat granita in the morning, in short, highly recommended for me and my family.

Padrone di casa squisitissimo e disponibile, consigliatissimo sia per famiglie che per coppie. PS. ..caffè e prosecco buonissimi... Consigliatissimo. Eccezionale l'accoglienza del proprietario che ci ha fatto trovare bibite fresche e caffè in cialde x la macchinetta in dotazione nell'appartamento. A 4 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e vicinissima a tutti i servizi di ristoro. Il proprietario, un ragazzo molto gentile, disponibile e che ti viene incontro a qualsiasi richiesta. Ottima scelta di soggiorno! Very spacious, bright and very welcoming apartment, with a new and modern furniture in white and gray colors. It is also located in a central position, for the sea, for shopping and also from the center of Capo D'Orlando. The owner, a very kind, helpful guy who comes to meet any request. Great choice of stay!
F	Francesca Caggegi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sto alloggiando in questo momento all'appartamento 3. Posizione ottima: a pochissimi metri dal mare, meno di un 1 km. Quindi vicinissimo anche al centro ed a tutte le comodità che esso comporta oltre alla presenza della folla. In più dietro l'angolo c'è un supermercato (Centro Risparmio) molto RIFORNITO e di bei marchi. L'appartamento è ristrutturato da poco, quindi in condizioni perfette. Al suo interno si ha di tutto. Nel nostro abbiamo trovato due camere (una con due letti singoli ed una con un letto matrimoniale), un bagno ed una cucina/salotto abbastanza spaziosa con balcone annesso, lavatrice e spazio esterno per stare anche fuori (dov'è possibile fumare, appendere i vestiti, ecc.). I BALCONI SONO 2. È dotato di condizionatori (2), ma la cosa che più colpisce è l'arredamento minimal e la scelta dei colori (sui toni del bianco e del nero) rilassanti e super azzeccati. Siamo 4 e gli spazi ci sono tutti, anche nel bagno non poi così grande, dotato di doccia con idromassaggio incluso. Se venite d'estate, afa e umidità vi uccideranno, ma dentro questo appartamento starete benissimo! I am currently staying in apartment 3. Excellent location: a few meters from the sea, less than 1 km. So also very close to the center and all the amenities that it entails in addition to the presence of the crowd. In addition, around the corner there is a supermarket (Centro Risparmio) which is very stocked and with good brands. The apartment has been recently renovated, therefore in perfect condition. Inside you have everything. In ours we found two bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed), a bathroom and a fairly spacious kitchen / living room with adjoining balcony, washing machine and outdoor space to stay outside (where it is possible to smoke, hang clothes, etc.). THE BALCONIES ARE 2. It is equipped with air conditioners (2), but the most striking thing is the minimal furniture and the choice of colors (in shades of black and white), soothing and super well chosen. There are 4 of us and the spaces are all there, even in the not so large bathroom, equipped with a shower with hydromassage included. If you come in the summer, heat and humidity will kill you, but inside this apartment you will be fine!

Pulizia e sanificazione accurata. Un po' trafficata la strada ma con le finestre chiuse si sente pochissimo. Il parcheggio interno è comodo e l auto te la scordi per l intero soggiorno. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Presenza di bar, supermercato e ortofrutta nelle vicinanze. Cinque minuti dal lungomare, spiaggia ampia e con ciottolini (meglio della sabbia), meno di dieci minuti per il centro (prendete il lungomare e godetevi la passeggiata). Sul lungomare presente pista ciclabile. Danilo host gentilissimo, discreto e disponibile. Veramente un "bellissimo" soggiorno! Torneremo volentieri. Cinque stelle ✨ meritatissimo. Excellent new structure, air conditioned, even equipped with a washing machine and iron and ironing board. Excellent Wi fi. Photos published absolutely responsive. Thorough cleaning and sanitizing. The street is a bit busy but with the windows closed you can hardly hear it. The internal parking is convenient and you will forget the car for the entire stay. Everything within walking distance. Presence of bar, supermarket and fruit and vegetables nearby. Five minutes from the seafront, wide and pebbly beach (better than sand), less than ten minutes to the center (take the promenade and enjoy the walk). On the seafront there is a cycle path.
