s	stanislao borrelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura bellissima,molto funzionale,abitazioni nuove e con spazi interni più che sufficienti.Tanto verde,grande organizzazione,spiaggia attrezzata,unico neo il mare che non è altrettanto all'altezza di tutto il resto,ma daltronde già si sa a priori di questa unica pecca di questo contesto meraviglioso. Beautiful structure, very functional, new houses and with more than enough interior spaces.Lots of greenery, great organization, equipped beach, the only drawback is the sea which is not as good as everything else, but on the other hand we already know a priori of this the only flaw of this wonderful context.
P	Petra Grill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieses Apartment sieht innen und außen wie ein Gefängnistrakt aus, kein Pool, kein zugeordneter Parkplatz, alles alt. Wir mussten 1 Tag hier wohnen sind aber Gott sei Dank für die restliche Urlaubswoche ins Villagio Acacie umgezogen und es war traumhaft. This apartment looks like a prison wing inside and out, no pool, no allocated parking space, everything is old. We had to live here for 1 day but thank God we moved to Villagio Acacie for the rest of the holiday week and it was fantastic.

Rispettate tutte le regole anti covid. Consigliatissimo a coppie, famiglie, anziani. Per poter andare a Caorle serve l'auto. Ci ritorneremo anche per un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!! Spacious apartment with 1 bedroom, excellent air conditioning, close to the beach equipped with every comfort, quiet and surrounded by greenery, Italian coffee maker, LCD TV, a stone's throw from the supermarket. Fast check in and check out operations. Respect all anti-covid rules. Highly recommended for couples, families, seniors. To be able to go to Caorle you need a car. We will also be back for excellent value for money !!

Il climatizzatore è ottimo. Il bagno spazioso e doccia con box. La posizione è ottimale, a 400 metri dalla spiaggia e vicino alla galleria "quercia". A pochi minuti da Caorle vecchia. Un Ottima esperienza. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything. In my opinion it would have been useful to have a microwave to quickly reheat the food. The air conditioning is excellent. The spacious bathroom and shower with box. The location is optimal, 400 meters from the beach and near the "oak" gallery. A few minutes from old Caorle. A Great Experience.

P	Petra Lichvarova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, very quiet, clean appartment with garden, close to the Pinetine supermarket and restaurant. We really enjoyed the holiday. Agenzia Lampo is in the other part of the building, staff was very helpfull.

Cons: No pool (I don't see it as a problem but sometimes it can be good) No WiFi range for half of the residence You hear tge trash trucks (several, very loud) every morning after 7 The parking lot is not covered, the cars stay in the sun It was not always very clean - this year was better Very small TV, for us is ok, we don't care We come again because of the proximity to the beach and of the good price.
K	Kristyna Petruzelova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is older one. But if you are almost whole day on the beach, it should enough. It needs little bit money to amend. There is no pool, bit we didn't wanted one, so it was fine. In our apartment there was just small siteboard in the living room, our friends in another one, and we last year had bigger one (so more space for our stuffs). Air conditioning is in bedroom, would be better to have it in the hall (on stairs), to get whole apartment cold. Anyway, the beach is close, there is not so big noise at the evening. So we enjoyed our stay the second one.
