Very well cared for. Almost all apartments owned and it shows. So much green. Very close to the sea. Convenient to all services.

Top middle class apartment. Neatly maintained. Do not rule too strictly what is important to us with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complesso residenziale con diversi appartamenti. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono: L' appartamento è dotato di un frigo plus freezer, una lavastoviglie, una lavatrice, un forno ed una caffettiera (Bialetti). C'è di tutto per passare una vacanza rilassante!
Inoltre è disponibile una piscina grande ed una piccola (tutte e due vanno pulite quotidianamente). È disponibile anche un parcheggio sotterraneo.
L'agenzia (Vittoria) che gestisce gli appartamenti era sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda / problema che uno aveva. Gran lode per il gentilissimo tuttofare Sig. Massimo.
Ricordatevi di portare le vs. asciugamani.

Residential complex with several apartments. The value for money is very good: The apartment is equipped with a fridge plus freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven and a coffee maker (Bialetti). There is everything to spend a relaxing holiday!
In addition, a large and a small pool is available (both must be cleaned daily). Underground parking is also available.
The agency (Vittoria) that manages the apartments was always available for any questions / problems that one had. Great praise for the very kind handyman Mr. Massimo.
Remember to bring your vs. towels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura un po' datata (anni '90) ma molto ben tenuta, anche per quanto riguarda l'ampio parco con piscina. Il mare dista 5 minuti a piedi. Zona tranquilla ma tutto sommato non noiosa. Ideale per famiglie e per chi cerca un po' di relax. Jesolo comunque è a 3 minuti di macchina e 15 di bici (anche se il ponte è ciclabile solo se si possiedono buone doti di equilibrismo - marciapiede di mezzo metro scarso!).
Structure a little dated (90s) but very well maintained, also with regard to the large park with swimming pool. The sea is 5 minutes away on foot. Quiet area but all in all not boring. Ideal for families and those looking for a little relaxation. However Jesolo is 3 minutes away by car and 15 minutes by bike (although the bridge can be cycled only if you have good balancing skills - a pavement of half a meter scarce!).
