Lavastoviglie nuova e lavatrice ben funzionante (con due bimbi molto utile)
Aria condizionata molto utile lo valutero' anche per periodo piu' fresco considerato che puo' anche riscaldare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel complesso non esprimo un giudizio negativo, ma ci sono diverse cose da tenere in considerazione prima di affittare questo appartamento (per la precisione il nr 2 tramite agenzia Riviera di Jesolo).
Se non siete giovani e il rumore non fa per voi , lasciate perdere. Troppo vicino alla capannina, troppa confusione a tutte le ore della notte.
Non c è L aria condizionata (nel 2019!!) e quindi le finestre vanno tenute sempre aperte e il rumore si Sente ancora di più!
Le sedie di legno e paglia vanno cambiate, i
Cuscini sopra le
Sedie erano sporchi e abbiamo
Prontamente provveduto a toglierli tutti!
In bagno, a parte una lavatrice stretta non c è modo di appoggiare niente .. nemmeno in doccia c è qualcosa per appoggiare shampoo e bagnoschiuma!
Il divano in pelle puzza di umidità.
L assegnazione del posto spiaggia va a rotazione, quindi attenzione perché si può essere fortunati e fare la vacanza nelle primissime file, ma t può capitare anche di stare tutta la
Settimana nelle ultime (e in quel tratto di spiaggia la
Spiaggia è abbastanza lunga ).
Mancava la paletta, e come la
Tiro su la Sabbia che scopo ?
La tv prende pochi canali ed è talmente piccola che si vede anche poco.
Gli spazi sono giusti per 4/5 persone, mi è piaciuto che ci fosse anche un letto ad una piazza in salotto, molto comodo!

In definitiva Credo proprio che il proprietario dovrebbe investire qualche soldino per rinnovare L appartamento!
Overall I do not express a negative opinion, but there are several things to take into consideration before renting this apartment (to be precise, the number 2 through the Riviera di Jesolo agency).
If you are not young and the noise is not for you, forget it. Too close to the shed, too much confusion at all hours of the night.
There is no air conditioning (in 2019 !!) and therefore the windows must always be kept open and the noise is heard even more!
