E	Elisa Molinari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona posizione, con parcheggio privato. Camera piuttosto ampia e pulita, ben arredata, con zanzariere alle finestre. Non c'è l'aria condizionata né l'ascensore. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Good location, with private parking. Room rather large and clean, well furnished, with mosquito nets on the windows. There is no air conditioning or elevator. Right value for money.
A	Antonella Narciso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camere funzionali con bagno ed angolo cottura a poche decine di metri dal complesso museale di San Pietro all'Orto. La mia aveva un divano letto che, aperto, non era di alcun intralcio. Bagno con doccia piccolo ma pulito. Completa la fornitura di stoviglie e pentole, buono il piccolo frigo. Unico neo la temperatura della stanza: il ventilatore a piantana non era sufficiente per rinfrescare l'aria. Centro cittadino a pochi passi, prendendo la scalinata sotto l'arco che congiunge il Cassero alla torre del Candeliere. A 700 m dopo la rotonda, verso la zona nuova, si trova una Coop molto fornita e dotata di parcheggio gratuito Functional rooms with bathroom and kitchenette a few dozen meters from the museum complex of San Pietro all'Orto. Mine had a sofa bed which, when opened, was not in any way obstructing. Bathroom with small but clean shower. Complete the supply of crockery and pots, good the small fridge. The only drawback was the room temperature: the floor fan was not enough to cool the air. City center a few steps away, taking the staircase under the arch that connects the Cassero to the Candeliere tower. At 700 m after the roundabout, towards the new area, there is a very equipped Coop with free parking

Dispone di alcuni posti auto riservati agli ospiti il che è molto prezioso nella zona in cui è ubicato, in quanto i pochi disponibili in strada sono riservati ai residenti. Le strade molto strette rendono complicato avvicinarsi alla struttura, e anche un po' usufruire dei posti auto. Per fortuna a piedi si arriva facilmente ai negozi, ai bar e al centro storico. Cute, cheap, not far from the center. It has some parking spaces reserved for guests which is very valuable in the area where it is located, as the few available on the street are reserved for residents. The very narrow streets make it difficult to get close to the structure, and even take advantage of the parking spaces. Fortunately, you can easily reach the shops, bars and historic center on foot.

L'applicazione per il check-in e per l'apertura porta in un primo momento poteva sembrare un po' complessa, ma alla fine si è rivelata molto utile. Struttura sicuramente consigliabile. Very nice apartments, equipped with all comforts, clean and in an excellent position. The check-in and door opening application might seem a bit complex at first, but in the end it turned out to be very useful. Structure definitely recommended.
R	Roberto Bandini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accoglienza molto gentile e professionale. Il monolocale è molto pulito e ordinato, più piccolo di quello che sembra in foto. Peccato che secondo me sia inadatto per il periodo estivo più caldo. La temperatura interna è tropicale , non c'è l'aria condizionata solo un ventilatore a piantana. L'unica finestra è poco isolata e lascia entrare il calore del sole anche quando è chiusa, il ricambio dell'aria si effettua solo lasciando la porta di ingresso aperta. Cucinare è praticamente impossibile, l'ambiente si scalda subito e dormire la notte è difficile. Very kind and professional welcome. The studio is very clean and tidy, smaller than it looks in the picture. Too bad I think it's unsuitable for the hottest summer period. The interior temperature is tropical, there is no air conditioning just a standing fan. The only window is not very isolated and lets in the heat of the sun even when it is closed, the air is exchanged only leaving the entrance door open. Cooking is practically impossible, the environment warms up immediately and sleeping at night is difficult.

Al piano inferiore è anche presente il distributore automatico. La titolare, Diletta, molto gentile e accogliente. Pulizia impeccabile. Very very nice. We stayed for 4 nights in the studio for two people equipped with fridge, stove, kitchen utensils and sink. Very comfortable. On the lower floor there is also a vending machine. The owner, Diletta, very kind and welcoming. Impeccable cleanliness.
A	Annalisa Dordoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massa Alta è un residence molto pulito (cosa fondamentale in un periodo come questo) con appartamenti curati e luminosi in stile rustico. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro storico di Massa Marittima, vicinissimo a ristoranti e bar, con parcheggio privato. Gli appartamenti sono molto belli e spaziosi, il nostro era un bilocale con camera matrimoniale, due bagnetti con doccia e sala con cucina a vista, tavolo e divano (divano letto matrimoniale), perfetto per una coppia come noi, ma comodo anche per una coppia con figli o un gruppo di amici. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Da Massa Marittima, bellissima cittadina, si può andare al mare o visitare borghi della zona. Grazie a Carlotta e alla signora delle pulizie, gentilissime! Annalisa e Claudio. Massa Alta is a very clean residence (which is essential in a period like this) with well-kept and bright apartments in a rustic style. It is located a few steps from the historic center of Massa Marittima, very close to restaurants and bars, with private parking. The apartments are very beautiful and spacious, ours was a two-room apartment with double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and living room with open kitchen, table and sofa (double sofa bed), perfect for a couple like us, but also comfortable for a couple with children or a group of friends. We had a great time. From Massa Marittima, a beautiful town, you can go to the sea or visit villages in the area. Thanks to Carlotta and the cleaning lady, very kind! Annalisa and Claudio.
L	Letizia Grechi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent this summer travelling through Italy and Greece for my honeymoon. Just checked in and this hotel is completely misrepresented on travel sites. It show a large renovated room with a curved ceiling. In reality the room you get is so small there is no where to even open your luggage. It is sweltering hot and there is no air conditioning. No air enters the room through the window. When we complained and wanted to cancel they would not allow us to do so despite the fact the room was 40 degrees hot. They went to get a fan for us which did nothing to change the temperature in the room and when we went to get a coffee they came and turned it off. Do not book here! There are beautiful hotels close by with air conditioning and great staff. My family was lucky enough to book there. Also, there is no iron in the room. We will probably be taking the loss and paying for another hotel close by.
