Dei nostri cinque giorni di viaggio in Toscana è stata la scelta migliore dove dormire -comoda e 30 minuti da spiagge splendide- ci tornerò appena sarò di nuovo nella zona. Ottimo luogo, buon rapporto qualità prezzo e buona colazione -prodotti freschi salati e dolci- il voto 8,7 di booking all'ingresso non rende giustizia. We stayed two evenings in this quiet and welcoming structure in the center of Massa Marittima. Of our five days of traveling in Tuscany it was the best choice for sleeping - comfortable and 30 minutes from beautiful beaches - I will return as soon as I am in the area again. Excellent place, good value for money and good breakfast - fresh salty and sweet products - the 8.7 rating of the booking at the entrance does not do it justice.

Der einzige Mitarbeiter, der sich um alles gekümmert hat, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Es war in der Nacht völlige Ruhe, obwohl die Unterkunft gut besucht war. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit unsere Räder nachts einzuschließen. Gerne kommen wir wieder bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Massa Marittima, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft. Simple but very clean rooms. Short ways to the center. Breakfast manageable, but good. The only employee who took care of everything was always very friendly and helpful !! It was completely quiet at night, although the accommodation was well attended. We had the opportunity to lock our bikes in at night. We are happy to come back on our next visit to Massa Marittima, we felt very comfortable. Thanks for the hospitality.

Senza riscaldamento, senza acqua calda, senza tv, colazione scarsa e insufficiente al bisogno alimentare, 8mq di stanza buia e angusta al di fuori di ogni standard urbanistico e di locazione. Praticamente un luogo di sofferenza, mancava solo il cilicio su ordinazione... a seminar, to visit for those with the vocation, certainly not to stay !!! Without heating, no hot water, no TV, poor breakfast and insufficient food, 8sqm of dark and cramped room beyond any urban planning and location standards. Practically a place of suffering, only the made-to-order sackcloth was missing ...

Simple but clean and tidy rooms. Satisfactory breakfast. Excellent location: a stone's throw from the center of Massa Marittima and a wonderful view.

Clean rooms and possibility to bring the dogs. WiFi complimentary and breakfast included!!! Yogurt Homemade cakes Choice of coldcuts Cheese Fresh fruit And so on... I love Don Filippo that welcomed me personally during the check in. I really felt so important!!! I will come back and suggest Casa Mater Ecclesiae in future even if it is not easy to write ??
A	Annet Kachaenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid 70 per night. Correlation for money and quality is not the same. The walls are very thin. The audibility is strong. I heard people in other rooms how they were talking, I heard how they wash their hands, how they laugh, how the phone gets up to charge - I heard everything and could not sleep all these 2 nights! Throughout the hotel there are high stone walls that create an echo, so you can hear very loudly how the doors of neighbors slam shut, and you can hear footsteps as if I were in a cave. Breakfast is not as brilliant as everyone wrote on the booking com. Normal breakfast. Starts at 7:30 am and ends at 9:30 am and be sure not to be late. Otherwise, you will remain hungry. One couple showed up at 9:20 and they have not received food. I can not say that the quality of the renovation and the furniture was good but i was very happy to have a fridge in my room. So it was hot water inside and clean towels. Basic things lets say - okay. Person in reception was politely Speaking but check out was at 10.00 Means that at this time i have to be out. So i do not know what to say more. I was fine , i was trying to be positive and with good mood but without normal sleep it is hard so my advaice if it is importaint for to rest - do not go here. If u have do not care about rest and need just fast bed somewhere - then it is normal solution because it is not far away from the sea. Around 40 min by car. Parking place by free. Beautiful view.
