M	Mariateresa Delfino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per l'accettazione sono stata accolta in un locale lavanderia, il pagamento é anticipato in contanti senza rilascio immediato di fattura o altra attestazione di pagamento valido, ma solo un foglio con i miei dati da inserire con nessuna validita'. La fattura mi sarebbe arrivata domattina per email, intanto dovevo pagare subito tutto in contanti. Ho dovuto trovare altra sistemazione perche' la gestione e la pretesa di contanti senza una fattura era inaccettabile. Nessuno mi aveva informata sulla modalita' di pagamento. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto! The invoice would have arrived by e-mail tomorrow morning, in the meantime I had to pay everything immediately in cash. I had to find other accommodation because handling and claiming cash without an invoice was unacceptable. Nobody had informed me about the payment method. I strongly advise against this place!
A	Agostino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci ho alloggiato per un anno. Servizio pulizie scortese, ti obbligano di uscire fuori casa neanche chiedendo gentilmente. Se rifiuti la pulizia stanza ti prendono ad occhio, per altro le pulizie le fanno davvero male! Reception praticamente assente! Non dispone di un ufficio ma la registrazione si fa in una specie di lavanderia! Case buone solo per il riscaldamento, docce che si staccano pavimenti che si alzano! L’unica cosa buona sono i fornelli elettrici, ah in estate non ci sono condizionatori. I stayed there for a year. Unfriendly housekeeping, they force you to go out of the house even asking politely. If you refuse to clean the room, they take you by eye, for other things, cleaning really hurts! Reception practically absent! It does not have an office but registration is done in a kind of laundry! Good houses only for heating, showers that come off floors that rise! The only good thing is the electric stove, ah in summer there are no air conditioners.

In più ho chiamato e non rispondeva alla chiamata.. Alle 11 di sera mi dice che non c'entrava nulla lei .. che non era responsabile per l'accaduto, senza preoccupazioni di dove potessi essere .. esperienza molto brutta posto sconsigliato!! La mia camera alla fine era stata assegnata ad un altro gruppo perché pagavano di più!!! Miután megtaláltuk egy mosókonyhában, nem beszélt se angolul se németül, pedig az oldalon fel van sorolva jó pár nyelv. Továbbá előre készpénzben, euróban kellet a teljes összeget kifizetni, úgy, hogy nem is láttuk mit kapunk. És a legfontosabb semmilyen papírt, számlát nem kaptunk a kifizetett összegről. Nagyon szomorú, hogy ebben a mai világban ez megengedett. Annak ajánlom, aki szereti a kihívásokat ? It is very far from the well equipped. M	Mister A.M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo! Si presenta come Residence ma per avere l'aria condizionata chiedono più 5 euro al giorno, stoviglie quasi inesistenti, 3 bicchieri contati e 4 forchette. Il cortile alcuni pomeriggi era un dopolavoro per ubriachi. Mobili consunti e non c'è la lavatrice. Per avere uno straccio di fattura abbiamo dovuto aspettare quasi 3 settimane e chiederla 4/5 volte. Prezzi esagerati per un servizio di infima qualità. Terrible! It looks like a Residence but to have air conditioning they ask for more than 5 euros a day, almost non-existent crockery, 3 counted glasses and 4 forks. Some afternoons the courtyard was an after-work for drunkards. Worn out furniture and no washing machine. To get a shred of an invoice we had to wait almost 3 weeks and ask for it 4/5 times. Exaggerated prices for a poor quality service.

Receptionist did not speak english which made conversations nearly impossible. Moreover, it takes quite a while to get to Milan. But I guess you can not expect more for the low price.
