★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every year a must on our ski week vacation!!! Somehow '80 feeling, and maintenance could be improved, but in terms of value for the money, there are no competitors. Period. Absolutely perfectly for families with kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is located directly at the ski lift that goes up into the ski area. Location cannot be better. The hotel itself is quite good, of course everything is not modern anymore but the appartments are cozy and in a "mountain" style with a lot of wood. There is also a dishwasher and everything what you need in order to cook small dishes.
Be advised that in the hotel approx. 90% of vacationers are Italian, thus the evening animation is only in Italian. However everybody speaks English as well and everybody is friendly and courteous. The animation is outstanding, because there are more than 10 people taking care of the wellbeing of the guests.
Sauna and swimming pool is available but not in a good quality, people don't take care at all about the guidelines of the sauna and sit with clothes and sometimes without towels in it, thus sweating on the wood (you can smell that sometimes). The swimming pool area is a bit outdated already. However, better than nothing!
Each room has a locker in the ski room incl for free which is nice as well.
I would come again into this hotel since the location is perfect for doing skiing. If you do not ski you are required to have a car and go somewhere more far away, since in Marilleva and other small villages around there is almost nothing to see.
Oh and important thing to remember is to bring food and stuff that you need for the appartment from home or from a really bigger city, since in the wider ski area everything is +30%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are cozy and comfortable, staff warm and good overall, the amenities available (gym, swimming pool, sauna, silent oasis) were very nice. Moreover, the hotel is at the end of the slopes, so once you get out of it you get a lift for the top of them.
Recommended especially for families with teens

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely residential hotel sitting on the ski slopes. The structure may need some refurbishment but the position is incredibly convenient, with amenities and services within walking distance. The staff plays a fundamental role in the success of the hotel, as it makes lively, active and entertaining. Lots of activities are planned on a daily basis at every hour, including a very enjoyable dinner show. Last but not the least the restaurant, which offers a buffet dinner (and lunch) for a ridiculously low price, maintaining a quality of the food and service comparable to a rated high street restaurant, if not more. Overall a great place to stay, in a beautiful ski area, with an exceptional team running the business. Highly recommended for price quality ratio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice to spend time there in summer if you want to take some great sleep. Cool and silent. From there you can take many cycling tours around. For active and for less active. Highly recommend. We spent there with the whole family with children two weeks.
