La soluzione residence permette di unire le comodità di un appartamento privato ai servizi di un hotel senza il condizionamento degli orari . Strano ma vero anche i figli ti ringraziano per la giusta scelta ! (Dalla splendida terrazza del nostro appartamento, all’ultimo piano, potevamo abbracciare, con un unico sguardo, il golfo e l’Isola d’Elba). La cucina, ben organizzata e con televisore, è fornita di ogni accessorio per cucinare con comodità. La camera da letto ha bei mobili con un letto confortevole. Bagno con doccia e bidet. Wifi gratuito disponibile. Pulizia e sanificazione: ottime!, sia nell’appartamento sia negli ambienti comuni posti al pian terreno, dove si trova un salone - piuttosto grande - con comodi divani e sedute per leggere e/o guardare la televisione. A disposizione dei clienti spiaggine e ombrelloni per la spiaggia - libera e stabilimenti balneari - che si trova a pochi passi dalla struttura. Per parcheggiare: il residence procura un permesso settimanale ad un costo minimo. Ogni piano, così la hall, sono arredati con cura di particolari che, unitamente alla cordialità della conduzione storica familiare, fanno di questo residence un’istituzione a Follonica: simpatica cittadina a pochi chilometri da Castiglione della Pescaia e da Punta Ala, raggiungibili entrambe in breve tempo. Highly recommended (!!) for those wishing to spend a holiday in Follonica near the streets of the historic center but in a quiet area, the Residence Il Sole offers its customers carefully furnished apartments, some with sea views. (From the splendid terrace of our apartment, on the top floor, we could embrace, with a single glance, the gulf and the Island of Elba). The kitchen, well organized and with TV, is equipped with every accessory to cook in comfort. The bedroom has nice furniture with a comfortable bed. Bathroom with shower and bidet. Free Wifi available. Cleaning and sanitizing: excellent! Both in the apartment and in the common areas on the ground floor, where there is a rather large living room with comfortable sofas and seats for reading and / or watching television. At guests' disposal there are beaches and umbrellas for the beach - free and bathing establishments - which is located a few steps from the hotel. To park: the residence provides a weekly permit at a minimal cost. Each floor, as well as the hall, are furnished with attention to detail which, together with the cordiality of the historic family management, make this residence an institution in Follonica: a nice town a few kilometers from Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala, both reachable in short time.
