Siamo stati trattati dal ristoratore in modo veramente eccellente, abbiamo mangiato veramente tanto e tutto era assolutamente eccezziionale , la carne in particolare è veramente buona ma anche tutto il resto che è di origine limitrofe. Prezzi onestissimi, struttura assolutamente consigliata! Exceptional structure a few steps from the sea, complete with everything, swimming pool, rooms, restaurant etc .. We were treated by the restaurateur in a truly excellent way, we ate a lot and everything was absolutely exceptional, the meat in particular is really good but also everything the rest which is of neighboring origin. Very honest prices, absolutely recommended!

Prenotato un appartamento con tre posti letto, ci siamo ritrovati in un appartamento con due camere da letto, un ampio soggiorno con cucina ed un bagno, presenti tutti i comfort, aria condizionata in tutti i locali, ottimo Wi-Fi in tutta la struttura, pulizia ottima. Le parti comuni molto ben curate, piscina eccellente, molto grande e molto ben tenuta, parcheggio interno, bar e ristorante sempre disponibili. Colazione inclusa, qualità alta dei prodotti serviti. Ristorante ottimo usufruibile tutte le sere con serate a tema, alta qualità del cibo servito. Personale sempre disponibile, gentile ed educato. Una menzione particolare per Michele, che tutte le mattine a colazione si propone come un amico nei confronti di tutti gli ospiti e Rolando il simpaticissimo organizzatore della reception, sempre pronto ad una battuta in perfetto stile toscano, anche lui un amico con cui parlare e scherzare di tutto (dieci minuti di cazzeggio quotidiano come dice lui). Che altro dire? Struttura nel complesso molto ben curata sotto tutti i punti di vista, situata a qualche centinaia di metri dal mare, ma in posizione molto tranquilla. Assolutamente da consigliare se passate da queste parti. Massimo da Milano. We stayed for a week at this property. Booked an apartment with three beds, we found ourselves in an apartment with two bedrooms, a large living room with kitchen and a bathroom, with all the comforts, air conditioning in all rooms, excellent Wi-Fi throughout the structure, excellent cleaning. The common areas very well maintained, excellent swimming pool, very large and very well maintained, internal parking, bar and restaurant always available. Breakfast included, high quality of the products served. Excellent restaurant available every evening with theme nights, high quality of food served. Staff always available, kind and polite. A special mention for Michele, who every morning at breakfast proposes himself as a friend to all the guests and Rolando the very nice reception organizer, always ready for a joke in perfect Tuscan style, also a friend to talk and joke with. of everything (ten minutes of daily messing around as he says). What else to say? Overall structure very well maintained from all points of view, located a few hundred meters from the sea, but in a very quiet position. Confesso di essere partito con qualche titubanza, perchè in genere andiamo in alberghi 4 stelle. L'aspettativa è stata largamente superata in senso positivo dai fatti. Gentilezza e disponibilità da parte dei titolari e del personale, massima pulizia e cucina di ottimo livello. A presiedere il tutto il signor Michele, uno dei soci, persona di grande sensibilità e di una simpatia dirompente,e ideatore e animatore di bellissime serate a tema culinario cui vale veramente la pena partecipare. Torneremo sicuramente. Il Vecchio Martin We stayed at this B&B from July 24th to 31st this year. I confess I left with some hesitation, because we usually go to 4-star hotels. The expectation was largely exceeded in a positive sense by the facts. Kindness and availability on the part of the owners and staff, maximum cleanliness and excellent cuisine. To preside over the whole, Mr. Michele, one of the partners, a person of great sensitivity and disruptive sympathy, and creator and animator of beautiful evenings with a culinary theme which is really worth attending. Simone è di un'ospitalità incredibile, cortese simpatico e sempre super disponibile. Soggiornato qui per un breve we a due passi da Roma ed abbiamo deciso di tornarci per Pasqua!! Super consigliato! The facility is wonderful. An oasis of tranquility where you feel truly pampered! Simone is incredibly hospitable, friendly, friendly and always super helpful. Stayed here for a short we a stone's throw from Rome and we decided to go back for Easter !! Super recommended!
