 For work reasons (transfer traveler) I lived in the residence for a long time. Nothing to say and object.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il residence è molto carino, l'appartamento in cui eravamo era ben fornito.
La zona è ben servita da autobus, a 10 minuti dal centro.
Posto molto tranquillo.
Uniche due pecche:
- per i "noiosi" che, come me, riescono a dormire solo con il buio più totale: in camera ci sono le tende, anzichè le tapparelle, quindi al mattino presto c'è la luceeeeeeee!!!!!
- la reception era praticamente composta da persone fantasma.
Nota positiva: per i 5 minuti nei quali sono stati presenti, la receptionista è stata molto carina e ci ha illustrato tutte le principali attrative di Firenze, dove prendere i Bus . . . molto cordiale.
Ve lo consiglio!

The residence is very nice, the apartment we were in was well stocked.
The area is well served by buses, 10 minutes from the center.
Very peaceful place.
Only two flaws:
- for the "boring" who, like me, can only sleep in total darkness: in the room there are curtains, instead of blinds, so early in the morning there is luceeeeeeee !!!!!
- the reception was basically made up of ghost people.
Positive note: for the 5 minutes in which they were present, the receptionist was very nice and showed us all the main attractions of Florence, where to take the buses. . . very friendly.
I recommend it!
