s	smile nekooo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Glühbirnen mussten ausgetauscht werden, das Wasser im Bad ist nicht in den Abfluss geflossen und somit war das Bad überflutet außerdem hat auch ein Fenster im Bad gefehlt, in der Küche wurde uns kein Wasserkocher zur Verfügung gestellt wie bei den anderen Zimmern. Die "Reinigung" war mehr als furchtbar: das Bad wurde nicht desinfiziert, überall war eine dicke Schicht Staub zu finden, die Küche hat gestunken und der Boden wurde auch nicht geputzt. Es war dreckig. Als wir uns bei den anderen Peronen in dem Haus umgehört haben war allem Anschein nach alles da und sauber, aber sie musstem sehr viel weniger bezahlen als wir! Ich muss sagen, dass ich das nicht weiter empfehlen kann! The bulbs had to be replaced, the water in the bathroom was not flowed into the drain and thus the bathroom was flooded also a window in the bathroom was missing, in the kitchen we were not provided as in the other rooms. The "cleaning" was more than terrible: the bathroom was not disinfected, everywhere was a thick layer of dust to find, the kitchen has stunk and the floor was not cleaned. It was dirty. Apparently, when we talked to the other people in the house everything was clean and well, but they had to pay a lot less than we did! I have to say that I can not recommend this!

La porta e lavbolgibile del bagno non si chiudono ; la doccia schizza ovunque, tanto che l'acqua arriva ad invadere l'ingresso. Fossi il proprietario mi vergognerei a metterlo in affitto! Enviable position but the apartment remained as it was built in the 70s! The door and the bathroom ticket do not close; the shower squirts everywhere, so that the water comes to invade the entrance. If I were the owner I would be ashamed to let you rent it!
L	Laura Rosada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tralasciamo il fatto che l'appartamento è datato(che per un vacanza ci può anche stare) credo però sia Giusto offrire alle persone un buon servizio. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato offerto un appartamento più grande e dotato di aria condizionata,più vicino al mare e a parità di prezzo di quello prenotato precedentemente. Credo però che per due notti non valesse i soldi che sono stati dati. Il vano scale odorava di urina, la cucina era piena di aloni unti e gli interni puzzavano di muffa. In bagno c'era l'Acqua che usciva dalla doccia fino a quasi metà stanza e alla notte si percepiva odore di fogna. Il divano era un po sporco e la tv non era del tutto funzionante. Di sicuro apprezzo la tranquillità del Posto + il fatto che fosse immerso nel verde e la cortesia avuta dandoci un appartamento con l'aria condizionata e di qualche metro più grande. Avrei preferito comunque un appartamento più piccolo visto che eravamo in due+ la cagnolina ma più curato. Ripeto... i soldi pagati sono stati davvero troppi. La cosa che mi ha anche infastidito è stata che quando abbiamo riferito alla signora dell'agenzia lo stato di pulizia dell'appartamento non sembrava molto interessata(magari mi sbaglio). Non ci torneremo di certo. Let's ignore the fact that the apartment is dated (which can also be used for a holiday) but I think it is right to offer people a good service. Upon our arrival we were offered a larger apartment with air conditioning, closer to the sea and at the same price as the one previously booked. But I think for two nights it was not worth the money they were given. The stairwell smelled of urine, the kitchen was full of greasy streaks, and the interior smelled of mold. In the bathroom there was water that came out of the shower up to almost half of the room and at night there was a smell of sewage. The sofa was a bit dirty and the tv wasn't fully functional. I certainly appreciate the tranquility of the place + the fact that it was surrounded by greenery and the courtesy of giving us an apartment with air conditioning and a few meters larger. However, I would have preferred a smaller apartment since there were two of us + the dog but more cared for. I repeat ... the money paid was really too much. The thing that also bothered me was that when we reported to the agency lady about the cleanliness of the apartment she didn't seem very interested (maybe I'm wrong). We will certainly not return.

Inoltre al nostro arrivo non era stato pulito e sanificato nonostante su Airbnb fosse dichiarato che eseguivano la sanificazione in 5 step. Era tutto molto sporco con una puzza tremenda che iniziava fin dalle scale, abbiamo dovuto farci le pulizie da soli perchè il personale che hanno mandato dopo la ns. protesta non era capace di pulire (hanno pulito con lo stesso straccio bagno e cucina). Unica nota positiva la posizione comoda alla spiaggia. A mio avviso è meglio non prenotare in questa struttura. La TV non funziona da anni perché l’impianto è rotto. Infine ho segnalato ad Airbnb la situazione ma non mi hanno ancora risposto, attendo ancora un vs. contatto dopo 7 giorni. Total decay with non-existent maintenance, neglected, old and very dirty. If I were the owner I would be ashamed. Furthermore, upon our arrival it had not been cleaned and sanitized even though on Airbnb it was stated that they performed the sanitization in 5 steps. It was all very dirty with a terrible smell that started from the stairs, we had to do the cleaning ourselves because the staff they sent after our. protest was unable to clean (they cleaned bathroom and kitchen with the same rag). The only positive note is the convenient location on the beach. In my opinion it is better not to book at this property. The TV hasn't worked for years because the system is broken. Finally I reported the situation to Airbnb but they have not yet answered me, I still await a vs. contact after 7 days.

It is very humble place - corresponding with low price - reminding me old times of 60's :) However, AC worked, kitchen modestly equipped, big terrace, few minutes to the beach and to the town center, parking comfortable, cicadas' daily concerts. Fast service - the gas tank came finished one day. One hour after we notified to the office, a full tank was installed.

Sewage smell coming out of there too which was terrible. Good size for 2 families, nice garden with little playground and great location near the beach. But I won't come back.

Most stuff works, Just in used condition and not really maintained.take cleaning supplies and a sharp knife if your eating in. The beds are very uncomfortable. you will need bedding. Enough room for two familys.
