Е	Евгений Т on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отличный отель. Чистые номера, уборка каждый день. Рядом с пляжем, выделен зонтик и 2 лежака. Паркинг тесный, но все умещаются. Завтрак!!!!!!! Велосипеды бесплатные, но простенькие и за ними не ухаживают. Excellent hotel. Clean rooms, cleaning every day. Near the beach, there is an umbrella and 2 sun beds. Parking cramped, but all fit. Breakfast!!!!!!! Bicycles are free, but unpretentious and do not care for them.

Very kind staff, very nice and welcoming hotel, breakfast is fabulous with delicious cakes, and above all the hotel is a stone's throw from the beach, I recommend it to everyone, there is also a swimming pool for both small children and adults.
P	Pavlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio di reception e ZERO.Nesuno non spiega niente zero informazioni.Parcheggio dovevo cercare sempre fuori perche avevano tutto occupato.Divano letto nella cucina era rotto,sono venuti prima volta per sistemare senza avviso alle 9 di mattino.Il giorno dopo ancora senza aviso.Entravano da soli nell appartamento senza risposta nostra.Apenna hanno busato entravano subito,senza aspetare qualche secondo.Alla fine divano non hanno sistemato,non hanno neanche chiesto scusa per questa problema.Servizio di pulizia,lavorano male.Stessa cosa bussano alle 8.30 per fare la pulizia.Alla fine di tutto prezo era piu alto di quello che mi hanno detto,pocco pero.Per la fatura dovevo aspettare 40min ,con bambini piccoli.Aria condizionata sempre fissa non si puo regolare ,quando andava era troppo freddo,invece se aprivo la porta sul balcone entrava calore.Unica persona simpatica era la signora che dava la colazione,che metteva tutto nel piatto,solo lei . В	Воля Вольнов on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отличный апартотель! с парковкой тесновато, но реально недалеко от пляжа, свой бассейн, пишут что холодный, но это же бассейн ! вкусные завтраки, есть игровая комната и анимация, анимация платная. можно брать велики . для детей бортики на кровать предусмотрены. всё понравилось! спасибо! Subito entrati si respirava un'aria di pulito e di freschezza,il personale ottimo, cortese e sempre disponibile per ogni qualsiasi esigenza, appartamenti/camere ben accessoriate e accoglienti, la ricca colazione con vari tipi di alimenti soddisfa anche il palato più fino.Vicinissimo alla spiaggia, alla pista ciclabile e a qualsiasi attività che si voglia intraprendere,merita di ritornare sicuramente!! Truly a wonder !!! This property truly deserves 5 stars !!! Che dire... semplicemente stupendo!!! Beautiful and completely new apartment, equipped with all comforts, kitchenette, microwave, daily change of linen, perfect cleaning, beach towels provided, bicycles for adults and children, wonderful and abundant breakfast, very kind and attentive staff to every request of customer. What can I say ... simply beautiful !!!

Auf booking.com steht "Jedes der hellen und klimatisierten Zimmer und Apartments verfügt über einen Balkon mit Stühlen, Tischen, einem Liegestuhl und Blick auf die Adria". Hier ist Vorsicht geboten, wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, da hat man gerade einen schmalen Streifen der Adria gesehen, sicher nicht das, was man sich unter Meerblick erwartet (siehe Foto im Anhang - ein schmaler Streifen des Meeres ist sichtbar, vom Badezimmer ein bisschen mehr). Die Klimaanlage hat auch große Probleme bereitet, die Kühlung funktioniert nicht besonders. Der versprochene Parkplatz inklusive war leider nicht verfügbar und wir mussten auf der Straße parken. Bei Beschwerden bekommt man Antworten wie "hätten Sie sich früher beschwert", "der Klimatechniker war gestern da". Die Zimmer selbst sind nett, der Strand ist in Gehweite. Mit den Liegestühlen hat auch alles geklappt. Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Preis-Leistung passt hier leider gar nicht. Dieses Hotel besuchen wir nicht mehr. big promises, but the reality is different. Booking.com says "Each of the bright and air-conditioned rooms and apartments has a balcony with chairs, tables, a deck chair and a view of the Adriatic Sea". Caution is advised here, we got a room where you just saw a narrow strip of the Adriatic Sea, certainly not what you would expect under a sea view (see photo in the appendix - a narrow strip of the sea is visible, a bit from the bathroom more). The air conditioning system also caused major problems, the cooling didn't work very well. The promised parking space included was unfortunately not available and we had to park on the street. In the case of complaints you get answers like "would you have complained earlier", "the air conditioning technician was there yesterday". The rooms themselves are nice, the beach is within walking distance. Everything worked out with the deck chairs. Breakfast is ok. Unfortunately, price-performance ratio doesn't fit here. We don't visit this hotel anymore.
