Szkoda tylko, że łóżko dwuosobowe ma dwa osobne materace, bo się rozjezdzaja I w nocy śpisz w dziurze, ale poza tym wszystko ok. Ma il neo il punto dolente è dovuto alla rumorosità del supermercato mare più il quale inizia a scaricare dalle 6 - 6:30 fino a mezzogiorno .un morire poco riposo As a context it could be excellent based on the proximity of the beach about 100 meters and in the center about 30 meters from Piazza Fontana excellent condominium! Любите муравьёв, тогда добро пожаловать. Парковка в здании, желательно ехать на смарте, тогда и въехать и выехать будет ок. Sheer disappointment. I do not recommend it. Immer wieder viel der Strom aus, auch wenn wir die Regeln (wenn man ein Elektrisches Gerät betreiben will muss der Boiler abgeschaltet werden) befolgten. Dadurch war natürlich auch der Kühlschrank manchmal den ganzen Tag aus. Positiv war die Klima, sie kühlte die gesamte Wohnung gut. Durch die Lage (gleich neben der Hauptstrasse) leider extrem laut aber tolle Anbindung zu Strand und Nachtleben. Mobiliar sehr in die Jahre gekommen ( Eisenfederkern Matratze!) Abholen und zurück bringen der Schlüssel war sehr unkompliziert. Es wurden alle Infos nur schriftlich gegeben und sehr wenig erklärt. Alles in allem, eine leider unterdurchschnittliche Unterkunft zu einem hohen Preis. On arrival nothing was cleaned. But came after a call and everything was cleaned. L'appartamento ha i suoi anni e non è in linea con il prezzo richiesto. Cosa ben più grave è la presenza costante di barriere architettoniche che impedisce l'accesso ad una carrozzina in qualsiasi punto del condominio (garage, ingresso, ascensore, appartamento). Assolutamente NON Consigliato! Old and noisy building. The parking in via Pegaso, adjacent to the supermarket, is too narrow even for a sedan. The apartment has its own age and is not in line with the asking price. What is much more serious is the constant presence of architectural barriers that prevents access to a wheelchair anywhere in the building (garage, entrance, elevator, apartment). Absolutely NOT Recommended!

Мебель не самая новая, но для недели пребывания - достаточно. Телевизор - только Италия)) можно поучить язык? стены тонкие, слышно многое? не хотите слушать - берите беруши в уши, помогает. Местоположение идеальное: внизу магазин, пляж - 2 минуты. Центр (кто знает, прям на центральном фонтане). Мы остались довольны. Normal budget option.
