Die Agentur war auch sehr Nett und hilfsbereit. We stayed 2 weeks in the Residence Fenix. We liked it so much that we directly booked the Residence Fenix again for September. The agency was also very nice and helpful.

Recently built residence, 16 comfortable, clean apartments with large terraces, 4 of which with gardens from 30 to 100 square meters, but what not to be overlooked is the parking space in a large underground parking, safe and convenient to the lift.
