Il televisore di mia madre aveva subito un guasto e poiche' non vivo nella zona ho telefonato a Elettroservice. Sono stati molto gentili e hanno risolto il problema nel giro di pochi giorni consentendo a mia madre di vedere i programmi televisivi che le sono di grande conforto. - Grazie Elettroservice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentile signora Cipolotti, in data 26 luglio alle 09,55 , tramite WA le chiedevo un incontro per consultarci sulla sua lavastoviglie e le relative decisioni da prendere. Malgrado l'evidente stato documentato con le fotografie che le avevo allegato, ha deciso di ripararla per motivi affettivi. In data 3 agosto alle ore 18,41 le invio il video che attesta l'avvenuta sostituzione della scheda con successo. Dopo un giorno dalla consegna con collaudo ci avete richiamati per delle perdite non attribuibili alla macchina , bensi' ad una pregressa situazione di instabilita' all'impianto di scarico della casa, (vedi foto del mobile rovinato da tempo). Infatti e' intervenuto il manutentore di vostra fiducia che ha confermato. A distanza di una settimana la lavastoviglie si guasta in un altro punto e dopo un'attenta analisi emerge che ci sono ancora dei soldi da spendere, una successiva trattativa porta agli esiti che ha ritenuto di diffondere tramite recensione. Se mi autorizza, pubblico tutta la conversazione avvenuta tramite cellulari. Facciamo questo lavoro da 30 anni per fede e vocazione, tutti i giorni , tutto il giorno, meta' tempo lo dedichiamo allo studio del nuovo che avanza e alla formazione, l'altra meta' lo mettiamo a disposizione. Obbligatoriamente cerchiamo di essere chiari piu' possibile ma non sempre ci riesce cosi' bene. Siamo molto dispiaciuti ma continuiamo, per migliorarci!

On 3 August at 6.41 pm I send you the video certifying the successful replacement of the card. After a day of delivery with testing, you called us back for losses not attributable to the machine, but to a previous situation of instability in the house's exhaust system (see photo of the long-ruined furniture). In fact, the maintenance technician you trust has intervened and confirmed. A week later the dishwasher breaks down in another point and after a careful analysis it emerges that there is still money to spend, a subsequent negotiation leads to the results that it has decided to disseminate through reviews. If you authorize me, I publish the entire conversation that took place via mobile phones. We have been doing this work for 30 years out of faith and vocation, every day, all day, half the time we dedicate to the study of the new that is advancing and to training, the other half we make available. Obligatory we try to be as clear as possible but we don't always succeed so well. We are very sorry but let's continue, to improve ourselves!
