Beautiful and clean hostel, large rooms and comfortable beds. Very quiet place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co do czystośći i pokoi nie mam zastrzeżeń, ale obsługa do najmilszej nie należy. Spaliśmy w tym hotelu dwie noce ( w drodze na i z wakacji). Ekipa była duża, 22 osoby. Klimatyzację wyłączono o 22:00 i wtedy duchota w pokojach dawała się we znaki. Ich prośba o poszanowanie czystości była dziwna, poczuliśmy się jak intruzi. Poza tym jak zobaczyli, że dużo osób korzysta z wi-fi, to je odłączyli. Przy śniadaniu przysługiwał jeden kubek wrzątku na kawę lub herbatę+rogalik. Niechętnie patrzyli jak robimy kanapki na dalszą drogę. Odmówili również nalewania wrzątku do termosu, a czekało nas 1350km do przejechania. Dziwna ta włoska "gościnność", nie czuliśmy się komfortowo, a przecież zapłaciliśmy za noclegi. Zaczęłam się nawet zastanawiać, czy to kwestia uprzedzeń do określonych nacji?
As for the cleanliness and rooms I have no objections, but the service to the nicest one should not be. We slept in this hotel two nights (on the way to and from vacation). The team was large, 22 people. The air-conditioning was turned off at 22:00 and then the ghosts in the rooms were giving away. Their request to respect purity was strange, we felt like intruders. Besides, when they saw that a lot of people use wi-fi, they unplugged them. At breakfast, he was entitled to one cup of boiling water for coffee or tea + a croissant. They were reluctant to look at how we make sandwiches for the next journey. They also refused to pour boiling water into a thermos, and we were waiting 1350km to drive. Strange this Italian "hospitality", we did not feel comfortable, and yet we paid for accommodation. I even began to wonder whether it was a matter of prejudice to specific nations?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly rude staff that refused to accept us to the hotel even though we announced it 2 days earlier that we would be late, arriving at 11.30 in evening. This hotel and the staff caused us huge trouble and also charged us for the night and said reason was No Show after telling us to go away because we were late ?!?!! How rude can someone be ...
