M	Margot Martini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mio marito siamo stati due settimane ad agosto. A noi è piaciuto moltissimo il residence. E' immerso nel verde, gli appartamenti sono puliti con cura. L'arredamento è semplice ma funzionale. C'è un ampio parcheggio per la macchina. La lavatrice è ad uso comune. Inoltre Francesco ed Ornella sono veramente disponibili per eventuali richieste o necessità, è piacevole fare due parole con loro e farsi suggerire qualche posto dove andare. E' vero che alla reception per la maggior parte della giornata non c'è nessuno, ma vedevo sempre Francesco o la moglie a sistemare varie faccende: tenere il giardino, pulire gli appartamenti, curare l'orto di fianco alla struttura. In più il telefono di Francesco era sempre attivo per qualsiasi richiesta. A me è capitato due volte di aver bisogno e lui ha subito risposto. La spiaggia è a 400-500 metri (sia libera che attrezzata). L'unica pecca che abbiamo trovato era che alcune cose in cucina mancavano, come le presine, l'asciughino o un coltello da pane... Per il resto andava benissimo! Ci torneremo probabilmente! My husband and I stayed for two weeks in August. We absolutely loved the residence. It is surrounded by greenery, the apartments are carefully cleaned. The furniture is simple but functional. There is ample parking for the car. The washing machine is for common use. Furthermore, Francesco and Ornella are really available for any requests or needs, it is nice to have a few words with them and get suggestions for some place to go. It is true that no one is at the reception for most of the day, but I always saw Francesco or his wife arranging various chores: keeping the garden, cleaning the apartments, taking care of the vegetable garden next to the structure. In addition, Francesco's phone was always active for any request. It happened to me twice that I needed it and he immediately responded. The beach is 400-500 meters away (both free and equipped). The only flaw we found was that some things in the kitchen were missing, such as pot holders, a towel dryer or a bread knife ... For the rest it was fine! We will probably be back!

Super consigliato!!!? ? ? Enchanting, surrounded by nature, well cared for, very close to the beach and adjacent to a splendid pine forest. L'appartamento era confortevole, dotato di tutto l'occorrente e assolutamente rispondente alla descrizione. Pulizia impeccabile. Circondati dal verde con tanti servizi extra inclusi nel prezzo. Abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana dal 26/07 al 02/08 e ci siamo davvero rilassati. La spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. E' stata l'occasione per passeggiare all'ombra della pineta. Si raggiunge il primo lido dove abbiamo anche pranzato con grande soddisfazione e poi facendo qualche passo in più abbiamo raggiunto una bellissima spiaggia libera. Ci ritorneremo! I am fully satisfied with the holiday spent at the Costa d'Otranto residence. The apartment was comfortable, equipped with everything you need and absolutely responsive to the description. Impeccable cleaning. Surrounded by greenery with many extra services included in the price. We stayed in the week from 07/26 to 08/02 and we really relaxed. The beach is easily accessible on foot. It was an opportunity to stroll in the shade of the pine forest. We reach the first beach where we also had lunch with great satisfaction and then taking a few more steps we reached a beautiful free beach. We will be back!
M	Marco Carlan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residence in ambiente rilassante per chi non vuole animazione ma puro relax. Le camere sono pulite e dotate do bagno con doccia e cucina con tutte le stoviglie. Ampio giardino con barbecue e area giochi per i più piccoli. Ampio parcheggio. La spiaggia dista 300 metri è meravigliosa. Gentilissimi i proprietari Francesco e Ornella. Residence in a relaxing environment for those who do not want entertainment but pure relaxation. The rooms are clean and equipped with bathroom with shower and kitchen with all the dishes. Large garden with barbecue and play area for the little ones. Ample parking. The beach is 300 meters away is wonderful. The owners Francesco and Ornella are very kind.

Il monolocale pulito con angolo cottura attrezzato( mancano però dei mescoli per evitare di rovinare le pentole) Bello e curato il giardino di fronte agli appartamenti .Gentilissimo il proprietario e sempre disponibile ad ogni evenienza. Il mare meraviglioso dista più o meno a 900 metri raggiungibile comunque a piedi dove si può trovare sia spiaggia libera che lettini con ombrellone. Usando la macchina a 10 minuti di strada si trovano poi altre spiagge come la Baia dei Turchi molto più grandi.In conclusione è un posto che consiglierei dove recarsi per una vacanza tranquilla e al tempo stesso vicino ad Otranto dive recarsi la sera . The clean studio apartment with an equipped kitchenette (there are no mixtures to avoid ruining the pots) Beautiful and well-kept garden in front of the apartments. Very kind owner and always available for any eventuality. The marvelous sea is more or less 900 meters away but still reachable on foot where you can find both free beach and sunbeds with umbrellas. Using the car at 10 minutes away there are other beaches such as the Baia dei Turchi much larger. In conclusion it is a place I would recommend where to go for a quiet holiday and at the same time close to Otranto so go in the evening.

Un orticello messo a disposizione degli ospiti regala fichi, pomodori e tanto altro! Lo consiglio a tutti. Grazie mille a Francesco e a suo figlio! A presto A beautiful place surrounded by nature and a stone's throw from the sea. The managers are really kind and hospitable. Clean and well-kept room. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Francesco e suo figlio molto disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Il Residence è meraviglioso immerso nel verde e nella pineta e a due passi dal mare. Il monolocale era piuttosto spazioso e ben pulito e curato (completano il tutto aria condizionata e zanzariere). Inoltre un bel terrazzino. Le aree comuni sono ben attrezzate: barbecue, campo da calcio, da bocce, ping pong e altalene per i più piccoli. È stata una vacanza davvero divertente e rilassante...da ripetere!! Un grazie ancora a Francesco che ci ha fatto sentire a casa; torneremo! We stayed at the Costa d'Otranto Residence for 10 days with my partner and our 10 month old baby. We were warmly welcomed by Francesco and his son who were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The Residence is wonderful surrounded by greenery and pine forest and a stone's throw from the sea. The studio was quite spacious and well cleaned and cared for (complete with air conditioning and mosquito nets). Also a nice terrace. The common areas are well equipped: barbecue, football pitch, bowling green, table tennis and swings for the little ones. It was a really fun and relaxing holiday ... to be repeated !! Thanks again to Francesco who made us feel at home; we'll be back!
