Nel centro della residence c’è una lavanderia industriale automatico, comodissimo e una Pergola per poter bere con i compagni un bel calice di Chianti e gustare questa meravigliosa unica città...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo alloggio, abbiamo soggiornato in 4 per le festività Natalizie purtroppo per 6 giorni. Mancava il minimo indispensabile per un soggiorno almeno decente, niente tovaglia per mangiare.. Risposta del gestore/proprietario del residence: per noi va bene così, è un alloggio Basic e la tovaglia sarebbe poi da lavare, quindi per lui corretto far
mangiare i propri ospiti sul legno di un tavolo.
Mancava una scopa per raccogliere la sporcizia per terra, , c'era la moka ma mancavano le tazzine da caffè, per il proprietario il caffè lo si doveva bere nel tazzone del latte. Maleducato e arrogante al telefono date le sue risposte, ti prendeva anche in giro.
Alloggio pieno di muffa e maleodorante, pareti con buchi, chiesto risarcimento del danno alla piattaforma di prenotazione usata, risarcimento ottenuto in quanto tutto documentato con foto. Vergogna!
Bad accommodation, we stayed in 4 for the Christmas holidays unfortunately for 6 days. It lacked the bare minimum for a at least decent stay, no tablecloth to eat .. Response from the manager / owner of the residence: for us it's okay, it's a Basic accommodation and the tablecloth would then have to be washed, so for him to correct
eat their guests on the wood of a table.
A broom was missing to collect the dirt on the floor, there was a mocha but there were no coffee cups, for the owner the coffee had to be drunk in the milk cup. Rude and arrogant on the phone given his answers, he also made fun of you.
Accommodation full of mold and foul smelling, walls with holes, compensation for damage to the booking platform used, compensation obtained as all documented with photos. Shame!
