★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. La pulizia dell'appartamento lascia molto a desiderare..Doccia quasi inutilizzabile (abbiamo dovuto farci la doccia in spiaggia a ). Per asciugarsi i capelli bisogna staccare lo scaldabagno perchè altrimenti salta la corrente..da non credere..Pessimo servizio dell'agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento.
Very bad. The cleaning of the apartment leaves much to be desired .. Almost unusable shower (we had to take a shower on the beach a). To dry your hair you have to unplug the water heater because otherwise the power goes out .. don't believe it .. Bad service from the agency that manages the apartment.

Positiv ist der Preis und die relativ gute Lage am Strand bzw der Innenstadt
Von der Einrichtung her ist es aber kaum schlechter zu machen, der Platz lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig und alles wirkt so, als sei es 10 Jahre lang nicht ausgetauscht worden:
-Türklinken wackeln und fallen fast ab
-Lichtschalter im Badschrank und kleine Lampe am Bett nicht funktionsfähig
-Man droht aus dem Hochbett zu fallen, da die Schrauben von dem Schutz rausbrechen und die Leiter nicht am Bett zu befestigen ist.
-die Fenster rosten und sind mit einer Einfachverglasung ausgestattet die sich wie Plastik anfühlt
-der Schrank beinhaltet alte Wolldecken, die bis zum Ende verstaubt sind
-In der Küche fehlen jegliche Utensilien und keines passt zu dem anderen, da jedes Glas und jede Tasse verschieden ist. (Bsp. Nur 2 kleine Löffel für 4 Leute, nur 1 Topf zum Kochen zu dem keiner der 3 Deckel passt und eine Pfanne oder anderes sucht man vergeblich, mussten eine Kaufen.)
Des Weiteren ist zu bemängeln, dass es kein WLAN und keinen Föhn gibt.
Außerdem muss man erwähnen, dass Bettwäsche und Bezug fehlen.
Diese kann man zwar käuflich erwerben (15€), bekommt dafür aber keine Decke oder Kissen sondern nur ein Leintuch, was man auf die billigen Federbetten legen kann?!
Alles in allem mehr als abenteuerlich!
It's that easy
The price and the relatively good location on the beach or downtown are positive
In terms of furnishings, however, it can hardly be made worse, the space leaves a lot to be desired and everything looks as if it has not been replaced for 10 years:
-Doorknobs wobble and almost fall off
-Light switch in the bathroom cabinet and small lamp on the bed not working
- There is a risk of falling out of the loft bed because the screws from the protection break out and the ladder cannot be attached to the bed.
-The windows rust and are equipped with single glazing that feels like plastic
-the closet contains old woolen blankets that are dusty to the end
-In the kitchen there are no utensils and none of them go well with the other, as every glass and cup is different. (E.g. only 2 small spoons for 4 people, only 1 pot for cooking which none of the 3 lids fit and you are looking in vain for a pan or something else, you had to buy one.)
Another thing to complain about is that there is no WiFi and no hair dryer.
It should also be mentioned that bed linen and covers are missing.
You can buy it (15 €), but you don't get a blanket or pillow, just a sheet, which you can put on the cheap duvets ?!
All in all, more than adventurous!
