Gli elettrodomestici nessuno e dico nessuno che funzionava, muri sporchi e tutti macchiati ovunque, luce della camera che non si poteva accendere se non si accendeva quella dell’altra affianco perché hanno fatto un lavoro evidentemente fai da te con fili scoperti che uniscono le due stanze, quindi in generale inutile prendere due stanze se ce un buco tra di esse. Altre riparazioni oscene è pericolose, avrei cosi tante cose da dire... Pulizia inesistente (ho scoperto stando li che Al check-out degli ospiti le pulizie non vengono fatte e non c’è un minimo controllo) e il fattore pulizia soprattutto in questo periodo con il covid è indispensabile. Sono schifata e allibita che esistano strutture cosi, perché neanche un 1 stella è uno schifo come quello. Per non parlare dell’agenzia sabina, MALEDUCATI CAFONI. Hanno cercato anche di fregarci. Non andate ve lo dico con il cuore. A nightmare week. The appliances none and I mean none that worked, dirty walls and all stained everywhere, the light in the room that could not be turned on if the one next to the other did not turn on because they obviously did a DIY job with exposed wires that connect the two rooms , so in general it is useless to take two rooms if there is a hole between them. Other obscene repairs are dangerous, I have so many things to say ... Cleaning non-existent (I discovered being there that cleaning is not done at guests' check-out and there is no minimum control) and the cleaning factor, especially in this period with the covid, is essential. I am disgusted and astounded that such structures exist, because not even a 1 star is as disgusting as that. Not to mention the Sabine agency, MALEDUCATI CAFONI. They also tried to rip us off. Don't go I tell you with my heart.

Die Matratzen sind über 20 Jahren alt, da die Federn schon fast rauskommen! Die Decken sind sehr alt und richen alle nach Schimmel! Abartig!!! Es stinkt nach Kanalisation drinnen! Für 1400 € pro Woche konnten wir ein Hotel buchen! Aber wir haben grosse Fehler gemacht ! Wir schalten unser Anwalt ein, wenn wir wieder zu Hause sind! CAUTION! Not recommended! When we arrived I cried! I had to clean everything myself, everything was dirty! The mattresses are over 20 years old because the springs are almost coming out! The ceilings are very old and all look like mold! Disgusting !!! It smells like sewers inside! For 1400 € per week we could book a hotel! But we made big mistakes! We'll turn on our lawyer when we get home!

Everything was nice and clean but the only problem was that they asked for everything to be clean when you left the house so we had to clean it or they would have kept the deposit money, which they did not mention in the contract so make sure you ask about the deposit beforehand.
