Great location, close to the sea and a few minutes walk from the center. I felt good. Friendly and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato per 4 adulti 1 letto matrimoniale e un divano letto.
Troviamo un divano letto per una persona, 2 letti singoli vicino e un letto a castello.
Ripeto 4 adulti, uno di noi ha dovuto dormire per terra.
Abbiamo pagato 45€ di costi di pulizia e troviamo il pavimento che lascia il nero nei piedi, matasse di polvere in alcuni punti, utensili da cucina ancora sporchi tra qui la grattugia col grana ancora che penzolava.
Ci hanno chiesto 50€ per la biancheria e i prodotti igienici del bagno che dovrebbero essere inclusi (L.R. n.9/2006 regione Marche).
Unico punto a favore molto buona la fibra Fastweb 100mega.
Booked for 4 adults 1 double bed and a sofa bed.
We find a sofa bed for one person, 2 single beds close by and a bunk bed.
I repeat 4 adults, one of us had to sleep on the floor.
We paid € 45 for cleaning costs and we find the floor that leaves the black in the feet, skeins of dust in some places, kitchen utensils still dirty among here the grater with the grain still dangling.
They asked us for 50 € for linen and bathroom hygiene products which should be included (Regional Law n.9 / 2006 Marche region).
The only very good point in favor is the Fastweb 100mega fiber.

Perfect location in Gabicce Mare for the beach, the center, the panoramic road to Gabicce Monte. Perfect residence and apartment. Owners extremely available and very kind. Excellent value for money. My wife, my son and I had a great time. We recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valuta la struttura negativamente per insufficienza di spazio, nonostante le rassicurazioni date dal proprietario, non si può accogliere quattro persone adulte in uno spazio veramente angusto, tengo conto anche del bagno adibito ad uso disabili, il quale non era stato affatto richiesto.
Prima di prenotare, ponete attenzione agli spazi che vi propongono (le fotografie fatte con il grandangolo sono ingannevoli!) ‼️

Evaluate the structure negatively due to insufficient space, despite the reassurances given by the owner, it cannot accommodate four adults in a really narrow space, I also take into account the bathroom used for disabled use, which was not requested at all.
Before booking, pay attention to the spaces they offer you (the photographs taken with the wide angle are deceptive!)‼ ️
The reviews which make real reference up to those with the 'observations'.
The reviews are hardly all idyllic, heavenly, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.
For my part, with distance, I do not recommend it.
