Comoda la vicinanza alla casa di Orazio ed alla Cattedrale. Nel periodo di Agosto si possono vedere i fuochi d'artificio che sparano alla fine della strada, davvero suggestivo. Nei dintorni ci sono tante piccole botteghe ed attivitá che producono prodotti tipici come i dolcetti, i taralli, i peperoni cruschi o oggetti in terracotta. Facilissimo arrivare nella piazza dedicata ad Orazio Flacco dalla quale ci si allunga verso il castello longobardo. La sera potete fermarvi qui e gustare un aperitivo in uno dei piccoli pub che affacciano sul castello stesso. Se invece volete piú tranquillitá potete fermarvi al caffè centrale nella piazza dedicata al poeta latino. A wonderful place, a strategic location for visiting the sights of the city of Venosa.
