The apartments are clean and modern. The residence is equipped with Wifi. Not far from the sea and the pedestrian area.

Vicino al mare e a vari negozi di alimentari. Sicuramente un ottima esperienza e consiglio l alloggio a chi interessato
We took a small apartment for the summer holidays. There were all the comforts, from air conditioning to the dishwasher. Working wifi network. Furniture and dishes in excellent / good condition. Near the sea and various grocery stores. Definitely a great experience and I recommend accommodation for those interested

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la seconda volta che scegliamo la Residenza Arno. È un ottimo compromesso tra costo e qualità.
L'entrata un po' anonima nasconde soffoca un pochino la prima impressione. Poi però si evince una certa razionalità nella hall, essenziale ma completa. Le camere sono servite con un comodo ascensore (di recente realizzazione).
Gli appartamenti sono di discrete dimensioni. La cosa che più mi ha colpito è la pulizia e l'attenzione verso i clienti. Calcolando che siamo a fine stagione (28 agosto) non mi aspettavo di trovare del pentolame nuovo con tanto di etichetta.
La cucina comprende piano cottura a gas, forno (non ventilato), lavastoviglie e un frigo di medie dimensioni.
Il bagno comprende: lavandino, wc, bidet, doccia e lavatrice, phon a parete. Essenziali ma di recente fattura.
Da segnalare qualche difetto minore nei dettagli. Ma soprattutto un piccolo problema dovuto al posto auto. Chi ha auto ribassate troverà difficoltà nelle rampe di accesso.
Però il fatto di avere un garage interrato è una manna, contro furti e la salsedine.
Nel complesso lo consiglio vivamente, ci siamo trovati bene entrambe le volte.
It is the second time that we have chosen the Residenza Arno. It is an excellent compromise between cost and quality.
The somewhat anonymous entrance hides the first impression a bit stifling. But then a certain rationality emerges in the hall, essential but complete. The rooms are served by a comfortable lift (recently built).
The apartments are of a decent size. The thing that struck me most is the cleanliness and attention to customers. Calculating that we are at the end of the season (August 28) I did not expect to find new cookware with a lot of labels.
The kitchen includes a gas hob, oven (not ventilated), dishwasher and a medium sized fridge.
The bathroom includes: sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine, wall-mounted hairdryer. Essential but recently made.
There are some minor flaws in the details. But above all a small problem due to the parking space. Those with lowered cars will find difficulties in the access ramps.
But having an underground garage is a godsend, against theft and saltiness.
Overall I highly recommend it, we enjoyed it both times.
