Comprato delle nuvolette alla ricotta stante e acide.....lho fatto notare e di risposta.... "Ah va bene" Per me ha chiuso, il miglior pane di sempre lo fa Grieco e il mio salumiere a Viale Raffaello.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La settimana scorsa ho assaggiato un bignè ripieno di crema alla ricotta buonissimo, che peccato che questa mattina volevo farlo provare ad una mia amica ed era invece di pessima qualità, probabilmente del giorno prima, la crema era acida e la brioche secca e dura. Una vera delusione.
Last week I tasted a delicious cream puff filled with ricotta, what a pity that this morning I wanted to let a friend of mine try it and it was of very bad quality, probably from the day before, the cream was sour and the brioche dry and hard. A real disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato due lasagne. Il condimento era acido e dentro sembra che avessero messo a caso l’imbottitura che va dalla carne spezziata al finocchietto al grasso di maiale. Ricotta molto acida, devo dire pessimo, mai più.
We bought two lasagna. The dressing was acidic and inside it seems that they had randomly placed the stuffing that goes from the spiced meat to the fennel to the pork fat. Very sour ricotta, I must say bad, never again.
