R	Rosalba Covino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un pezzo di pane e una treccia per la colazione,a parte la scortesia,o meglio l’indifferenza e la poca cortesia di chi ci ha servito,devo segnalare un problema avuto con la treccia:è praticamente immangiabile,sa di formaggio scaduto,ho dovuto sputarla… Siccome non abito in zona ho chiamato per informarli,può capitare un errore e volevo solo segnalarlo ma purtroppo dall’altro lato ho trovato solo persone scortesi che mi hanno detto che forse mi riferivo al Danubio (hanno quindi messo in discussione la mia intelligenza)o che comunque le eventuali allergie vanno indicate(non sono allergica al formaggio,semplicemente non voglio che la treccia dolce sappia di formaggio andato a male) La soluzione è stata quindi dirmi che sul banco di lavoro vengono preparati più prodotto e che quindi può capitare che in un impasto possa “entrare”qualche ingrediente di un altro impasto,ma “tranquilla,non si muore”(testuali parole)pura follia per quanto mi riguarda Tra l’altro mentre la signora mi invitava ad andare lì per vedere la qualità dei loro prodotti le ho risposto che la conosco bene,tanto da sottolineare quanto fosse buono il pane e che quindi non era assolutamente il caso alterarsi così tanto… I bought a piece of bread and a braid for breakfast, apart from the rudeness, or rather the indifference and lack of courtesy of those who served us, I have to report a problem I had with the braid: it is practically inedible, it tastes like expired cheese , I had to spit it out ... Qualunque fosse il giorno o l'ora o il tipo di affluenza non è mai mancata l'educazione, un sorriso e la cortesia verso il cliente. Forse per questo motivo mi aspetto la stessa cosa in ogni esercizio commerciale. La qualità dei vostri prodotti non si discute, ma è davvero fastidioso acquistare come se chi si trova alla cassa o dietro al banco stesse facendo una cortesia al cliente (è uno scambio reciproco). L'unico che si salva è il signore più anziano (credo il proprietario che mi ha spiegato anche come stendere l'impasto senza che glielo chiedessi), il resto davvero poco cortese. La chiusura delle attività durante il lockdown ed il periodo che viviamo da due anni avrebbero dovuto insegnarci ad avere maggiore attenzione verso le persone ed invece non è servito a niente. Avrei messo una stella, ne metto tre perché rispettate egregiamente le regole anticovid contingentando gli ingressi a differenza di altri che non lo fanno.
