Sconsigliamo l'acquisto degli articoli di questa linea prodotto!!!! Ho selezionato ordinando dal sito consegna a domicilio con contrassegno tramite Bartolini con addebito di € 9,00 per il trasporto ed € 6,00 per il contrassegno. La consegna è stata fatta con mezzo Rescaff e non con Bartolini. Ho inviato una e-mail segnalando che il trasporto lo ritengo giusto, ma le spese di contrassegno non avendo consegnato Bartolini non andavano inserite. L'importo non è rilevante, ma non era dovuto. Alla mia e-mail non è seguita risposta e telefonando mi hanno risposto che per loro è sempre una consegna. Non aggiungo altro. Excellent quality / price ratio, leaves after sales to be desired. Invece prima del Natale ho acquistato nuovamente lo stesso prodotto ma sono stata scavalcata, ingiustamente, da clienti che erano dopo di me, seguita prima da un venditore che all'improvviso mi ha mollata, senza che me ne rendessi conto, poi è arrivato un altro che mi ha scaricata subito, poi un altro e poi un altro ancora e tutti sembrano seccati e intenti ad avere altri incarichi.... Senza scuse e senza essere esaustivi nelle spiegazioni...sono rimasta per 2 ore in balia di chi non ha soddisfatto le mie richieste perché continuava a dirmi che mi sbagliavo o non ricordavo quello che avevo acquistato.... sono andata via prendendo solo ciò che mi serviva in quel momento e.. a mai più ritornare!!!
