3 foto 8x8, due foto 5x8, due foto 8x5.
Chiedo di averle per il giorno seguente.
Risposta: entro 24h la stampa costa 1€ per foto, se si pazienta un giorno in più sono 25 centesimi l'una (totale €1,75). Alla fine accetto di averle per sabato... e... sorpresa... all'arrivo mi vengono chiesti ben 6€!!!!
Faccio presente la situazione con gentilezza.. pur essendo indignato e mi viene risposto che le stampe da 8x8 vengono 50 centesimi l'una.
Ora apparte l'incoerenza con quanto concordato... se anche fosse... 3x0,50+ 4x0,25 fa €2,50 e non €6!
Pensare che ho da poco selezionato oltre 2000 foto da stampare e per un attimo avevo pensato di portarle in studio piuttosto che stamparle su internet, ma continuerò a usare il web, più serio e affidabile!
Non si tratta chiaramente dei pochi spiccioli, ma del fatto che mi sono sentito derubato e preso in giro e questa è una sensazione spiacevole che un cliente non dovrebbe provare!
I go to ask for the printing of 7 photos:
3 8x8 photos, two 5x8 photos, two 8x5 photos.
I ask to have them for the following day.
Answer: printing costs 1 € per photo within 24 hours, if you wait one more day it is 25 cents each (total € 1.75). In the end I agree to have them for Saturday ... and ... surprise ... on arrival I am asked for a good 6 € !!!!
I present the situation with kindness .. despite being indignant and I am told that the 8x8 prints are 50 cents each.
Now belongs the inconsistency with what was agreed ... even if it were ... 3x0.50 + 4x0.25 is € 2.50 and not € 6!
To think that I have recently selected over 2000 photos to print and for a moment I thought of taking them to the studio rather than printing them on the internet, but I will continue to use the web, more serious and reliable!
It is clearly not about the small change, but about the fact that I felt ripped off and made fun of and this is an unpleasant feeling that a customer shouldn't have!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mia moglie abbiamo scelto Renzo e il suo staff per immortalare i momenti più belli del nostro matrimonio e del battesimo di nostra figlia e devo dire che non potevamo fare scelta più giusta… sono impeccabili, attenti a tutto, ad ogni minimo dettaglio, dalla cortesia e gentilezza del primo colloquio, all’essere divertenti e giocosi il giorno del ricevimento che per quanto carico di emozioni possa essere, con il loro lavoro, lo hanno reso “leggero e spensierato”, senza essere mai invadenti, ma piuttosto immortalando ogni momento con naturalezza e spontaneità. Inoltre, in seguito a questa esperienza più che positiva, abbiamo scelto di nuovo Renzo e il suo staff per fare uno Smash Cake in occasione del primo anno di nostra figlia e, anche qui, si sono rivelati una conferma; e ovviamente il lavoro finale di entrambi i lavori, è stato totalmente oltre le nostre aspettative… qualità di foto e video veramente al top!!! Grazie ragazzi!!! Assolutamente consigliato!!!
My wife and I chose Renzo and his staff to capture the most beautiful moments of our wedding and our daughter's baptism and I must say that we could not have made a more right choice ... they are impeccable, attentive to everything, to every little detail, from courtesy and kindness of the first interview, to being fun and playful on the day of the reception which, however full of emotions it may be, with their work, made it "light and carefree", without ever being intrusive, but rather immortalizing every moment with naturalness and spontaneity. Furthermore, following this more than positive experience, we again chose Renzo and his staff to make a Smash Cake on the occasion of our daughter's first year and, even here, they proved to be a confirmation; and obviously the final work of both works was totally beyond our expectations… truly top quality photos and videos !!! Thank you guys!!! Absolutely recommended !!!
