Rentclass - Agenzia Affitti Brevi Milano

Ho affittato un appartamento da Rentclass poche settimane fa, persone molto serie ed affidabili e l appartamento era molto pulito e igienizzato.

Eccellente agenzia per affitti brevi! Unica per convenienza e gentilezza a Milano! Consigliatissima!

French version (english below) : A FUIR ABSOLUMENT ! J'ai séjourné dans l'un de leur appartement à Milan, et je leur ai fait remarquer le lendemain de mon arrivée de la saleté du sol, il etait collant et il y avait des traces de pas. Je leur ai envoyé des photos comme preuves. Mon amie a du laver le sol avec un torchon et de l’eau savonneuse (pas de produits ménagers à disposition) Ils se sont excusés et m’ont fait du CHANTAGE en me disant qu’ils me rembourseraient les frais de ménage à condition que je leur laisse 5 étoiles sur Airbnb ! J’ai naivement accepté et mis 5 etoiles a la fin de mon sejour. J’ai ensuite réclamé le remboursement des frais de ménage, et ils ont changer de discours, me disant que j’aurai pu demander à ce que la femme de ménage repasse au lieu de faire le ménage nous meme ou reclamer de l’argent. Bref, ils ont commencer à insinuer que je mentais et ne voulaient pas me rembourser comme convenu. Heureusement, Airbnb m’a donné raison et ils ont été contraint de me rembourser (30€ environ). FUYEZ ILS SONT MALHONNETES !!!!! Je peux partager les photos du sol si besoin et des screens de la conversation. Maintenant le propriétaire de l’entreprise me menace de me poursuivre si je ne retire pas cet avis négatif. English version: TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY! I stayed in one of their apartments in Milan, and I pointed out to them the day after my arrival how dirty the floor was, it was sticky and there were footprints. I sent them pictures as proof. My friend had to wash the floor with a rag and soapy water (no cleaning products available) They apologized and BLACKMAILED ME saying that they would reimburse me for the cleaning costs as long as I left them 5 stars on Airbnb! I naively accepted and put 5 stars at the end of my stay. I then asked for a refund of the cleaning fee, and they changed their tune, telling me that I could have asked for the cleaning lady to come back instead of doing the cleaning ourselves or asking for money. In short, they started to insinuate that I was lying and did not want to refund me as agreed. Fortunately, Airbnb proved me right and they were forced to refund me (around 30€). RUN AWAY THEY ARE DISHONEST !!!!! I can share pictures of the floor if needed and screenshots of our conversation. Now the owner of the company is threatening to sue me if I don't remove this negative review.

Ho dato in gestione il mio appartamento partendo con un po di pregiudizi, perché come ben sapete ci sono molte società che offrono servizi simili, mi sono dovuto ricredere! Disponibilità e competenza fanno davvero la differenza, consiglio di provare per credere.

Considero Rentclass un partner affidabile, serio e sicuro. Non è facile trovare un fornitore su cui contare come Rentclass perché, spesso, i fornitori ti "abbandonano" una volta terminata la fase commerciale. Con Rentclass non è stato così, anzi devo ammettere che il supporto si è sempre rivelato impeccabile, i consigli utilissimi e, cosa più importante di tutte, non ci sono state problematiche di cui non si siano occupati.

Molto accurati nelle pulizie, grande varietà di appartamenti, dislocati in tutta la città. Ottima soluzione alternativa all'albergo. Simpatici e competenti. Usato anche per una cena di compleanno. Consigliato caldamente.
