M	Mihai Chebeleu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all if you don't speak Italian you are lost, which seems a bit weird with so many international customers(students) because almost all the staff in Viale Bligny only spoke Italian. Ok there was one lady who had some English, and although we were prepared to sign a contract and pay the so much sought fee, she fumbled trough her files and said that it's not going to work because the owners only spoke Italian. And she dismissed us! So Mister Owner this is why I did not became your customer! I was there on the 24th of September, around 11.30. Definitely no troll!!

After a lot of struggle, infinite internet searching and a few extremely disappointing experiences I decided to hire Centro Affitti services and their help was completely decisive. I had been looking for a place to stay in Milan for 3 months and within 3 days they helped me find a definite solution (that wasn't exactly easy to find in the market). I couldn't possibly be more grateful with the outcome and their close attention and follow up to the whole process from beginning to end was simply delightful. They've won my heart.

Basically, we had already found apartments that were offered by 'Bligny' but the agent however wanted us to pay 250€ just to start the research of the apartments, even though we had found them and went to the agency to know when we could go look at them. The agent started judging us, and telling us "how could you start looking for apartments in September?" "You picked the worst month." We got angry and left, one of the other younger agents that was in there, had the nerve to follow an older man outside, shouting "coglione!" he had the nerve to stand face to face with him, grab his glasses and throw them away! The worst and rudest customer service I have ever seen! Most ridiculous "agency" Just horrible! AVOID! You absolutely do NOT need to pay someone 250€ JUST TO START THE RESEARCH OF THE APARTMENTS! You pay, sign a contract, what happens to your money if they don't find apartments? Ridiculous. Thiefs.

Most of the time the contacts of the houses didn’t respect any of my criteria (price and place) so they were completely useless. Furthermore, everytime i called the agency to ask information i always received rude answers, like somehow i was bothering them (maybe once they get your money you’re not so important for them anymore). Really unprofessionals. I finally found home, but not thanks to them. I do not reccomend this agency at all!

The only problem that occurred was often times, when calling the contact numbers, the owners would inform me that the had already been rented by someone else (often that very same day). Overall, the service is good, but be prepared to compete with many other people during periods of high demand.
