Il titolare Luca non è disponibile a risolvere la cosa, tanto sono solo un amatore....o perché ho comprato un usato!!! Forse attenzione solo a chi spende un tot!!! RISPOSTA:mi spiace sentire cose non vere, infatti i comandi ancora non c'erano davanti, quando l'ho vista la prima volta, quindi smontati e rimontati presumibilmente da altra bici,e come può vendere una bici con 8 davanti e 9 dietro? Ci vuole correttezza ed onestà, anche se uno compra un usato!!!! Peccato, ancora la sconsiglio come venditore!!! He sold me a used Cannondale MTB with 8 speed front and 9 rear discs .... The owner Luca is not available to solve the problem, I'm just an amateur .... or because I bought a used one !!! Maybe pay attention only to those who spend a certain amount !!! ANSWER: I am sorry to hear things that are not true, in fact the controls were not yet in front, when I saw it for the first time, then presumably disassembled and reassembled from another bike, and how can you sell a bike with 8 in front and 9 behind? It takes fairness and honesty, even if one buys a used one !!!! Too bad, I still do not recommend it as a seller !!!
E	Emanuele Pertile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato qui la mia forcella a fare manutenzione in luglio, e come mi aspettavo la riparazione non è stata rapida; ciò che detrae da questo negozio purtroppo, è la poca chiarezza con la quale mi è stato detto venisse svolto il lavoro... Dico questo perchè: 1- ho chiamato piú volte, ma le informazioni che mi sono state date per via telefonica erano incomplete o ERRATE (forcella in negozio ma era presso terzi?!) ; 2- il PREZZO finale (anche se compreso di IMPREVISTI) era largamente SUPERIORE al prezzo di "preventivo"; 3- il lavoro di manutenzione che a voce mi era stato detto sarebbe stato fatto in casa è stato fatto PRESSO TERZI (con conseguente aumento di prezzo); La QUALITÁ DEL LAVORO eseguito è comunque MOLTO BUONA e il negozio sembra avere buoni articoli (non sono un cliente abituale). Consiglierei allo staff, che comunque è stato professionale quando mi sono rivolto a loro di persona, di contattare il proprio cliente se vengono effettuate modifiche su quello che si era detto a voce (magari segnatevelo se potete) Unica cosa per chi ha un budget ristretto (sono studente universitario) forse meglio cercare altrove. I took my fork here for maintenance in July, and as I expected the repair was not quick; what detracts from this shop unfortunately, is the lack of clarity with which I was told the work was done ... I say this because: 1- I called several times, but the information that was given to me by telephone was incomplete or WRONG (fork in the shop but was it with a third party ?!); 2- the final PRICE (even if including UNEXPECTED) was largely HIGHER than the "estimate" price; 3- the maintenance work that I was told verbally would be done at home was done AT THIRD PARTIES (with consequent price increase); The QUALITY OF THE WORK performed is however VERY GOOD and the shop seems to have good items (I am not a regular customer). I would advise the staff, who were still professional when I approached them in person, to contact their client if any changes are made to what was said verbally (maybe write it down if you can) The only thing for those on a tight budget (I am a university student), perhaps better to look elsewhere.

Dopo innumerevoli tentativi andati a vuoto, fortunatamente ho trovato un negozio che aveva il pezzo di ricambio e mi ha salvato il giro del sabato in MTB. Grazie e complimenti! I warmly thank you for your friendliness and helpfulness, this morning (in the Soave area) mounting the Cannondale wheel broke the thread of the screw that hooks the Lefty. After countless unsuccessful attempts, luckily I found a shop that had the spare part and saved me the Saturday MTB ride. Thanks and congratulations!
p	pier 01 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo lavoro con la rigenerazione della mia forcella cannondale anche se datata e con il mio ammortizzatore centrale fox molto vecchio pure quello! E dirò di più, in altre officine (che spedivano a fox il mio ammortizzatore) non potevano rigenerarlo, perché non potevano darmi un anno di garanzia sull'ammortizzatore, invece qua essendo che si è procurato lui stesso le guarnizioni, mi ha fatto il lavoro e mi ha fatto risparmiare un sacco di soldi che avrei dovuto buttare per uno nuovo! Consigliatissimo anche per via di tempistiche, perché ci ha messo una settimana sola per ognuno! Great job with the regeneration of my cannondale fork even if dated and with my very old fox center shock as well! And I will say more, in other workshops (which sent my shock absorber to fox) they could not regenerate it, because they could not give me a year of warranty on the shock absorber, instead here being that he procured the gaskets himself, he did the job for me and it saved me a lot of money that I would have to throw away for a new one! Highly recommended also due to timing, because it took only one week for each one!

Wow! what a cool shop ( full of the latest gear) with smashing people. Luca fixed my bike superbly and Stefano offered me a coffee at their 'Bike friendly - bar' and gave me loads of tips of what to do and visit around verona.. Highy recommend!
