★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservierung von vier E- Bikes am Vortag nicht möglich. Aussage war: wir reservieren nicht, da viele Fahrräder dann nicht abgeholt werden (Ok, haben wir eingesehen). Wir sollten am nächsten Tag pünktlich kommen, dann bekommen wir passende Fahrräder. Am nächsten Tag sind wir pünktlich da gewesen, aber es gab nur bedingt passende Fahrräder, was den Spaß echt getrübt hat. Aussage vom Mitarbeiter, welcher uns am vom Vortag bediente, wir hätten reservieren können (vielleicht sollte man sich merken, was man dem Kunden sagt). Die nette Dame, welche sich echt Mühe gab, am Abholtag dennoch passende Räder zu finden, hat 5 Sterne verdient, Mitarbeiter leider nur 1Stern ?♂️
Zu den Fahrrädern: nicht eingestellt, nicht eingewiesen, mangelhafte Wartung (Pedale defekt, Telegabel zu wenig Luft, Kette trocken).
2 Sterne wegen der netten Mitarbeiterin, die wenigstens versucht hat ein passendes Fahrrad zu finden.
 It is not possible to reserve four e-bikes the day before. Statement was: we do not reserve, because many bicycles are then not picked up (Ok, we saw). We should arrive on time the next day, then we will get suitable bikes. The next day we were there on time, but there were only a few suitable bikes, which really spoiled the fun. Statement from the employee who served us the day before that we could have reserved (maybe you should remember what you say to the customer). The nice lady, who really went out of her way to find suitable bikes on the pick-up day, deserves 5 stars, unfortunately the staff only 1 star ?♂️
About the bikes: not set, not instructed, poor maintenance (pedals defective, telescopic fork too little air, chain dry).
2 stars because of the nice employee who at least tried to find a suitable bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio ottimo, si può scegliere tra molti modelli di bici diverse e inottimecondizioni; sono disponibili anche diversi accessori con dei piccoli sovrapprezzi (casco, lucchetto, borse ecc). Si può lasciare la bici in altre località diverse da quella di ritiro pagando 6 euro in più.
Excellent service, you can choose from many different bike models and excellent conditions; different accessories are also available with small surcharges (helmet, padlock, bags, etc.). You can leave the bike in other places other than the pick-up one by paying 6 euros more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato con 2 settimane di anticipo 4 e-bike biammortizzate specificando la statura degli utilizzatori.
All arrivo ci rifilano 4 e-bike una diversa dall altra e una soltanto biammortizzata ( freno posteriore poco funzionante).
Allorché ci omaggiano del noleggio di 2 caschi (valore 6€)
Abbiamo costatato solo a percorso intrapreso che ad una delle e-bike il motore aveva qualche serio problema, (comunicato alla riconsegna senza nessun commento da parte del noleggiatore).
Le bici 4 bici erano comunque nuove(<1000 km), e alta qualità.
Servizio non sufficiente
I booked 4 full suspension e-bikes with 2 weeks in advance, specifying the height of the users.
Upon arrival we trim 4 e-bikes, one different from the other and only one full suspension (rear brake not working).
When they pay us the rental of 2 helmets (value 6 €)
We noted only that the engine had some serious problems with one of the e-bikes, (notified of the return without any comment from the charterer).
The 4 bike bikes were still new (<1000 km), and high quality.

Hanno omesso che la ciclabile Vipiteno-Bressanone fosse chiusa costringendoci a transitare in superstrada per 5 km con dei bambini.

Too long to deliver the bikes. Friendly but not very competent staff.
They omitted that the Vipiteno-Bressanone cycle path was closed forcing us to cross the freeway for 5 km with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danke für den guten Service und das Wechseln der Bremsbeläge! Die Bremsen funktionieren top und sind jetzt viel besser eingestellt als vom Geschäft, in dem ich das MTB gekauft habe und danach wegen Schleifgeräuschen nochmal dort hatte.
