If the ski course is extended, the amount already paid will not be charged, which I think is a shame ..., therefore only 3 stars.

Se parli italiano ti trattano come cacca di vacca. Qualcuno li deve informare che siamo in italia You can't use the tapiroulan if you don't take the ski instructor, the ski lift monopoly. Expensive and not available. If you speak Italian they treat you like cow poop. Someone must inform them that we are in Italy
K	Katharina Paulsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zugegeben unsere Kinder haben kurz vor Beginn des Kurses Angst bekommen und brüllten. Canceln (57€ pro Kind, 4 und 5 Jahre alt) ging nicht und wir durften nicht bei ihnen bleiben. Aus der Ferne sah man, wie sie den Hügel alleine runterschlitterten, unten hinfielen und irgendwann relativ grob wieder hochgeschleppt wurden. Sie warfen sich dann ziemlich bald heulend in den Schnee. Nach 20 Minuten Trennung musste ich sie dann abholen, weil sie sie nicht mehr haben wollten. Andere Kinder haben auch geheult, sind dabei aber weiter Ski gefahren und durften deswegen vermutlich bleiben. Das enthaltene Mittagessen hätten sie ebenso nur in Abwesenheit der Eltern einnehmen können, was natürlich nicht mehr zu machen war. Eine sehr treue traumatische Erfahrung. Wir probieren es dann nächste Saison woanders und anders nochmal. Admittedly, our children got scared and roared just before the course started. Cancellation (€ 57 per child, 4 and 5 years old) did not work and we were not allowed to stay with them. From a distance you could see them slithering down the hill alone, falling down and being dragged back up roughly at some point. They soon threw themselves howling in the snow. After 20 minutes of separation, I had to pick them up because they no longer wanted them. Other children also cried, but continued to ski and were therefore probably allowed to stay. The lunch included could only have been taken in the absence of the parents, which of course was no longer possible. A very faithful traumatic experience. We'll try it next season somewhere else and again.

Pazienti e efficaci, siamo soddisfati di come abbiano insegnato a sciare a nostra figlia in una sola settimana, e come si è divertita. Inoltre sono organizzatissimi. E la gara finale aggiunge un po' di "sale". :-) Very good with children! Patient and effective, we are pleased with how they taught our daughter to ski in just one week, and how she enjoyed it. They are also very organized. And the final race adds a bit of "salt". :-)

Obwohl er ausschliesslich privatstunden hatte, konnte die letzte lektion nicht verschoben werden. Empfinde ich sehr unflexibel, war das letzte mal, dass er diese skischule besucht, leider. Basically good ski school and great ski instructor. Our son put it to bed with a fever for the last day. Although he only had private lessons, the last lesson could not be postponed. I feel very inflexible, the last time he attended this ski school, unfortunately.
L	Lars Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche, strahlende und ein gutes Gefühl vermittelnde Skilehrer/innen, die Kindern und Erwachsenen jegliche Angst am Wintersport nehmen und die jeweils aktuellen Techniken geduldig und pädagogisch vermitteln. Über Jahre besuchten anfangs wir, später dann unsere beiden Söhne nacheinander diese Schischule und innerhalb kürzester Zeit ist jeder allein in der Lage rote und gar schwarze Pisten zu meistern. Fazit: Meine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung und meinen großen Dank für die Vermittlung der Kenntnisse und dieses daraus resultierenden unbeschreiblichen Lebensgefühls in jedem Winterurlaub. Friendly, radiant and good feeling ski instructors who take all fear of winter sports away from children and adults and patiently and pedagogically impart the latest techniques. For years we initially visited this ski school, then later our two sons, and within a very short time everyone is able to master red and even black slopes. Conclusion: My unreserved recommendation and my big thanks for imparting the knowledge and the resulting indescribable attitude to life in every winter vacation.

E	E L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patient and friendly instructors encouraged us to go that little bit further and showed us the good places for food. Reasonable prices. Also, thanks to Raphael for tips on getting out of a white out. We managed to get out based on his tips one day. Highly recommended.
