Anche ora che vivo da anni fuori regione, torno appositamente a Padova dove è ancora la mia famiglia di origine per fare acquisti solo da loro.
In questo caso, io e il mio compagno volevamo farci un regalo speciale per la nascita di nostra figlia e per i nostri primi dieci anni insieme. Michele e lo staff sono stati come sempre preziosi per i consigli e squisiti per gentilezza e disponibilità.
Abbiamo aspettato diversi mesi per poterci muovere ma ne è valsa davvero la pena, non posso che consigliare questo negozio che per me rimane un posto del cuore.
 Rensi has always been the reference shop for my whole family for important gifts and special occasions, from communion to birthdays, from anniversaries to weddings.
Even now that I have lived outside the region for years, I return specifically to Padua where my family of origin is still to shop only from them.
In this case, my partner and I wanted to give ourselves a special gift for the birth of our daughter and for our first ten years together. Michele and the staff were as always precious for their advice and exquisite for their kindness and availability.
We waited several months to be able to move but it was really worth it, I can only recommend this shop which for me remains a place of the heart.

Il signor Michele e lo staff, con molta professionalità mi hanno fatto provare diversi orecchini e non trovando quello che cercavo, hanno fatto creare un modello appositamente sulla base delle mie indicazioni.
Ho ritrovato il piacere dell'acquisto al dettaglio, con persone che ti consigliano senza far pressione per l ' acquisto.

Mr. Michele and the staff, with great professionalism, made me try on different earrings and not finding what I was looking for, they had a model created specifically based on my indications.
I rediscovered the pleasure of retail shopping, with people advising you without putting pressure on the purchase.

La location è molto facile da raggiungere e con grande facilità si trova parcheggio. Ma sinceramente gli elementi che mi hanno colpito sin dalla prima volta sono stati la smisurata cortesia, gentilezza ed educazione di tutto lo staff ed al contempo la preparazione e la professionalità offertami in ogni ambito. Elementi che ritengo da sempre essenziali per costruire un rapporto e fidelizzare un cliente, ma che sembrano ad oggi buone abitudini troppo spesso abbandonate dai più. Per ovvie ragioni mi sento tranquillamente di consigliare Rensi Gioelleria senza alcun dubbio sia per il piccolo pensiero che per il regalo importante sia per uomo, donna e bambino. Jewelery I frequent for several years and where I got to buy different types of objects (watches, silver and gold products etc). The location is very easy to reach and very easily is parking. But honestly the elements that struck me from the first time were the immeasurable kindness, courtesy and propriety of all the staff and at the same time the preparation and professionalism offered to me in every area. Elements that I think has always been essential to build a relationship and retain a customer, but they seem to now good habits too often abandoned by most. For obvious reasons I feel quietly advise Rensi Jewelery undoubtedly it is for the little thought for the important gift for both men, women and children. Congratulations indeed for the outstanding professionalism and courtesy always shown me. Good job! James
