Vado da questo rivenditore per una semplice riparazione di una gomma forata (usualmente si pensa di non spendere più di 15/20€ a esagerare), gli do il numero così mi chiama quando ha fatto. Passano due settimane e ancora non ho ricevuto alcun messaggio, decido di andare a sentire, arrivato gli chiedo che fine avesse fatto la bici, dopo un po' si ricordano che c'era una bici a cui era volato via il bigliettino con il numero (vabbè ci sta può capitare). Me la porta e mi dice che ha cambiato la camera ad aria (5€), copertone (12€) e pasticche dei freni (chi gliel'aveva chiesto non si sa altri 10€) in più la mano d'opera (17€) (17 € quante ore di lavoro equivalgono? No perché sennò metto su un business anche io). Totale la bellezza di 44€ per una bici che serve solo per andarci all'università. Make yourself comfortable ... G	Giuseppe Miccinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero pessima esperienza, gli ho portato la bici giovedì mattina appena aperti, per una semplice foratura e per sistemare i cavi dei freni, gli chiedo anche un check generale, dato che faccio il pendolare e la uso ogni giorno per andare a lavorare, per evitare altri problemi, e il ragazzo mi dice che per lunedì sera, massimo martedì mattina sarebbe stata pronta, e si scusa per i tempi lunghi. Passo martedì pomeriggio a sentire, dato che non mi avevano fatto sapere nulla, e che il loro numero di telefono di google lo segna come inesistente, e quasi arrabbiato mi dice che venire in negozio è inutile, dovevo aspettare che mi facessero sapere loro, e che per la mattina di mercoledì sarebbe stata pronta. Mercoledì mattina ovviamente non era pronta, e mi inviano il messaggio verso il pomeriggio. Passo giovedì mattina a ritirarla, e le uniche parole che ho sentito da lui sono state "45 euro", (per una foratura e 2 cavi dei freni) né buongiorno, né grazie, e senza nemmeno spiegarmi cosa avesse fatto, cambiato o sistemato. Quando vado ad usarla mi si sgancia il pedale, quindi a sto punto manco me l'aveva controllata. Cari come pochi, arroganti, servizio pessimo, e 0 rispetto per le tempistiche, non so chi gli abbia dato 5 stelle, probabilmente queste recensioni se le sono messe da soli. Inoltre sono a conoscenza del fatto che il numero su Google sia sbagliato, ma a quanto pare cercare di modificarlo è troppo impegnativo.
