Ho intenzione di sentire un avvocato per cercare di recuperare i soldi spesi. Si vede che possono permettersi di maltrattare i clienti a loro piacimento. Sconsigliatissimo The salesman who followed us is a person who is better not to know. They did not pass us under warranty an intervention that was. I'm going to see a lawyer to try and get the money back. It is clear that they can afford to abuse customers as they please. Not recommended
k	kate b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato la concessionaria renault castellanza Paglini su autoscout,vivo in sardegna e qui non avevo trovato nulla che potesse andar bene per me..dopo aver individuato l'auto di mio interesse e letto le varie recensioni sull'azienda ho contattato la concessionaria e ho avuto modo di parlare col signor Aldo Moresi che ha seguito il mio acquisto in maniera eccellente in tutto e x tutto...mandandomi foto e video dettagliati sull'auto ,addirittura mi ha mandato foto dello spessore delle gomme misurato con spessimetro.. Ha risposto sempre al telefono x ogni mio dubbio o domanda...rispondendo anche nei giorni festivi..rispondeva alle mail in tempo reale..prima di consegnare l'auto l'ha fatta pulire..e nel momento in cui un trasportatore mandato da me é andato a ritirare l'auto,signor Moresi mi ha mandato foto x farmi vedere che la macchina stava x partire....anche l'ufficio tecnico ê perfetto la parte burocratica l'ha seguita Laura ,gentilissima,competente,e molto disponibile...risposte veloci e chiare.. Quindi consiglio renault castellanza Paglini al 100% ..serietà efficienza e cortesia... Mi sono sempre interfacciato con Filippo, addetto alle vendite che lavora a Castellanza. Nel post vendita si riceve sempre un feedback quando si ha bisogno. Se non riesci a chiamare l'officina telefonicamente, basta inviare a loro una mail in cui si vuole essere ricontattati. Entro poco, sicuramente in giornata, sono stato sempre chiamato. Spero la mia recensione possa essere utile a qualcuno. Good morning, I bought a Dacia Lodgy from paglini in 2019 and a Renault clio in 2021 and received in January 2022. I have always interfaced with Filippo, a sales clerk who works in Castellanza. In the after-sales service, you always receive feedback when you need it. If you are unable to call the workshop by phone, just send them an email in which you want to be contacted. Within a short time, certainly within the day, I was always called. And not once but several times. Renault be honest, you do not give a damn to sell EV. You use them just as a promotion tool. Shame
