Stavano quasi per farmi comprare una casa senza dirmi che erano state fatte delle modifiche all'interno ma che non erano state condonate e regolarizzate. Per fortuna me ne sono accorto e non ho voluto più proseguire la trattativa. Il bello è che volevano farmi passare per quello in difetto mentre invece quelli poco limpidi e poco seri sono loro. Con tanto di predica e sono scesi pure nel personale con parole pesanti offensive. Bei professionisti..... Sconsigliato vivamente. Bad experience. A star too much for the way I was treated. Unprofessional and uneducated. Especially not serious. They were about to make me buy a house without telling me that some changes had been made to the interior but that they had not been condoned and regularized. Luckily I noticed it and I didn't want to continue the negotiation anymore. The beauty is that they wanted me to pass for the one in defect while instead the ones that are not very clear and not serious are them. With a lot of preaching and they also went down in the staff with heavy offensive words. Nice professionals ..... Strongly not recommended.

Il mio agente di riferimento è stato Alessio Pietrobono: un mix impeccabile di professionalità ed empatia. Profondissimo conoscitore del mercato immobiliare di zona, ha saputo accompagnarmi con competenza e con un atteggiamento proattivo, ma mai invadente, durante tutta la procedura: dall’inserimento dell’annuncio al rogito. My reference agent was Alessio Pietrobono: an impeccable mix of professionalism and empathy. Nicole did her best to ensure my needs are well heard and taken into consideration, she was able to secure the perfect location despite the complicated character of my request and she played a crucial role in negotiations and meeting with the owner. Nicole was able to arrange everything remotely until I reach Roma. Communication skills, Client-oriented, Coordination, professionalism and accountability are key success factors which Nicole conveyed. I cannot be thankful enough for RE/MAX Blu and Nicole for finding me a spot in Rome which I can call home.

Besides offering the normal property explanations she has always gone over and beyond this with detailed assessments of pros and cons. of the individual properties, value for money and advice on funding strategies and options. Most recently she has also been assisting me with the discussions with the notary on the preparation and timing of the Compromesso and the process of mortgage application.. in the process, and as a foreigner in Italy, she has been helping me enormously to learn the approach to mortgage availability and confirmation through the banking system.. which is a language on its own. This is not a simple approach by an estate agent to selling properties but a full end to end service from sourcing to final contract .. also helping through excellent multi lingual capacities to help us navigate the intricacies and nuances of house purchase in Italy. An invaluable assistance for the overseas buyer in Rome .. I can't recommend her enough.. thank you Nichol.
